The church was seen before the restoration and now - the difference is huge. Now the decoration and painting of the church have become simply magnificent-a real art gallery, you walk and admire! We are not Catholics, but we listened to the service - it's bad that it would be clearer only in Polish, and not in Belarusian. Tourists need to enter the church! It's powerful, beautiful and I want to understand the meaning.
Interesting architecture at any time of the year, inside the appropriate decoration is recommended for visiting!
A beautiful place, and the city as a whole
But it is better to take walks on a sunny, warm day
Recently renovated, interesting frescoes on the ceiling and walls. The size of the church in a small town was amazing, especially since half of the population is Orthodox
The Church of the Holy Body in Nesvizh is an architectural monument of Mannerism, the first Jesuit church in the territory of the Polish—Lithuanian Commonwealth, the ancestral tomb of the princes Radziwills.
The church fascinates, inside, with its color and volume. Very beautiful. The floor consists of slabs in which the fossils are squid.) Beautiful wood carvings. There are no words. There, you have to be😏
An interesting place, I recommend you to come and see... It is connected with the Radziwills.. If you're lucky, go down to the basement, to the tomb with stone sarcophagi...
I was there a couple of years ago. Auntie, who sells icons and souvenirs, begged young ksenz to give us a tour. How much he knows about this place! This is truly a holy and historically significant relic of Belarus! Of course, it needs a strong restoration. But it's still beautiful and mysterious.
