A cozy, quiet, clean hotel. They clean and change towels daily. You can ask to wash and iron things (for a small separate fee). You can iron it yourself.
The staff is attentive.
The location is very convenient, near the center.
The only thing that can be improved is to find an opportunity to introduce breakfast!

I was surprised that the standard differs from the junior suite only by two single beds instead of one double bed. I liked the standard even more. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle everywhere. Breakfasts are paid, and third-party catering is delivered at the exact time.

The hotel is of an average level, but it is not better to find it in Zhezkazgan. There are often no rooms available. Located on the outskirts in the private sector. But you can get to the "civilization" in 10 minutes on foot. If you come for business purposes (and for what other purposes can you come to Zhezkazgan:-)) The friendly staff has everything you need for minimal comfort. The interior of the rooms is being slowly updated, the plumbing is tired, but there is always hot water, even with blackouts in the city. Breakfast is not included, but delivery can be ordered. For me, the main disadvantage is uncomfortable mattresses.

The lack of free disposable slippers in the room exacerbates the problem of wet tiles on which water gets when taking a shower (the shower cabin doors do not close tightly). And in general, you can stay for 1-2 nights. There is no Internet, because there are a small number of routers.

There was no hot water in the room (hotel), allegedly there was a breakdown and there is none throughout the city. They offered to wash in a room on the ground floor, where there is a boiler "everyone goes here."
There are no breakfasts even for a fee.
Otherwise, it's a normal hotel.
