Stayed in the standard room for a week in May 2024 with my wife, here’s our impression.
+ Great location in the historical centre of the city.
+Rather new and neatly done lobby and bar, but nothing special.
- Extremely thin walls, you can follow your neighbors’ conversation.
- Some minor reparations in the room are made with negligence: the bathroom lock sticks and turns to the wrong side, wall damage is repaired with wall filler that wasn’t even sanded off, just splashed on the wall.
- Service doesn’t meet expectations of a five star hotel. I ordered a silk pillow from the pillow menu, they didn’t bring it. I left a note in the room asking for the pillow, still didn’t bring it.
- The staff doesn’t check the level of coffee, cream, soap etc. in the room, you have to ask to refill your room’s supply yourself.
? Didn’t have breakfast there.
? Didn’t use the gym, spa, laundry, room service there.
Long story short, we don’t think this hotel is worth the money they ask for. We had better experiences at less expensive, less stars hotels.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel the room and the breakfast and the staff all were friendly and kind specially VALENA who help us and was very professional 🌹

Very nice hotel with respectful staff especially Arseniy ( manager on duties).
