Favorite gym.I'm very comfortable in it. I am a demanding client and I can't go to any gym, everything suits me here-the price. services, I like the fact that the subscription includes both a gym and group classes. Group classes are great! I try to walk at a time when there are fewer people because the hall is small, when there are a lot of people, it becomes uncomfortable.

The hall is not bad, small and there are very few people, but this is in the morning, I come around 7 in the morning. The only downside is that most admins are not friendly and don't care, one generally smokes or drinks coffee on the street while customers are waiting. Today there was a new girl, apparently 15.08, pleasantly surprised, like her for the job!

I went to the first trial session with coach Maxim, I was extremely pleased. He is very attentive and intelligent, showed and told everything in an accessible way.

A great gym, comfortable for classes. It is very rare to have a large number of people, mostly free. Group classes are held from 9 to 9, they are very diverse, you can attend even with an initial level of training, but in the gym the coach will always help and prompt) plus, various promotions are constantly taking place) I definitely recommend ♥️

Excellent gym, reasonably priced. There are different training sessions every hour in a separate room with a trainer. The only drawback is when you get into a load, there is not enough room in the locker room, there is not enough space. But this is always the case before the summer season 😁

A wonderful hall in the Serebryanka district. The price for a subscription in the city is the most profitable. There are group workouts every hour, I have never seen this in any gym. Everyone can choose the direction according to their mood: strength training, Pilates, yoga, stretching, etc. There are few people in the afternoon and morning, more in the evening, but in general it is comfortable to practice. As a result, I highlighted the advantages: free training-acquaintance with the gym, the air conditioner is working properly, the gym is open until 23.00, a clean locker room, clean drinking water in the gym (there is a filter), besides pleasant coaches and the hall administrator. But, my first trip to the gym was also my last. Alas, as for me the gym is small, all the simulators are presented in the singular, there are few tracks, bicycles and ellipsoids. Alas, this is critical for me. I go to the gym in the evenings - I suspect there will be a crowd in such a gym in the evenings and queues for exercise machines.
