This organization, in my opinion, is the best one in the nation regarding real estate estimation and appraisals. They are very professional people, and they are using real-time and most accurate system in order to give you accurate statistics and numbers required for your real estate.
The staff is professional, always willing to help, always working fast, and in the matter of a few short days, you'll receive your official documents.
They also are dealing with selling and renting real estate properties. So, if you're looking for real and certified professionals, you for sure won't be going wrong with them. They can help you buy, sell, or rent or rent out any types of properties, whether it's for commercial purposes or residentials.
I've done business with them many times, and I'm planning to work with them more in the future.

Запредельный непрофессионализм и хамское отношение к клиентам. Потратили мое время, присылая неверные координаты встречи для просмотра дома. Когда я, опаздывая на следующую встречу, сказала, что всё, я уезжаю, мне начали хамить, что я не умею пользоваться навигатором, не знаю местности, потратила их бензин и они хотят меня видеть, чтобы "посмотреть в мои глаза". Я приехала к руководителю агентства, который абсолютно повторил поведение своих агентов. Рыба гниет с головы. Такая "работа" вредит репутации риелторского сообщества Армении.
