Be sure to take a room with a sea view!!! It's better to overpay a little, but the view is just gorgeous!!!! The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious! The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are a lot of shops and street food carts nearby! The room has good air conditioning, safe, all hygiene products, refrigerator, large comfortable beds and all necessary furniture, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar), glasses/mugs! They clean every day, but not with super high quality (they do not use a vacuum cleaner and therefore there is always sand on the floor in the room-but this is not critical!!!), 2 0.5 liters of water are brought every day. 98% of the guests are Russian The staff hardly understands Russian and English suffers from them too, but again, there are no problems! Going to the sea is not forbidden at night, swim in the pool at least until the morning!!! Towels are provided for the pool, there are enough sun beds! Recommend 👌🏼

A great place to relax! The hotel is popular, convenient location, a good beach for Pattaya, spacious rooms (we had adjacent rooms for 2+2, very convenient), everything works (the air conditioner is noisy, but acceptable), we liked the breakfasts, there is always something delicious, coffee and watermelon pineapples. The staff is very friendly. Important: going down a fairly steep spiral staircase to the beach is not an option with a stroller or a child in your arms, but they write about it everywhere, so I have not seen small children either on the beach or in the hotel. There are no sun beds on the nearest beach, there are paid ones somewhere, but we did not look for them. The sea is good, they wrote that it was dirty, but it depends on what to compare, of course. Some garbage was washed up on day 1 by a storm, the rest of the days were fine. Thai cafes, makashnits, massages, a chocolate factory are within walking distance), an excellent burger joint. Great hotel, lots of greenery. We lived in the second building. The room is wonderful, cleaning and linen change EVERY day. The convenient location of the hotel, near the store and the exchanger and the beach. It is 10 minutes to the center, 7 minutes to the pier, taxi prices are adequate. An observation deck and Big Buddha are within walking distance. We lived 20 days in happiness. According to nutrition, the breakfasts are not bad, for every taste, and Asian and European cuisine. We had a vacation together February-March 2025. There are stairs to the sea, the sea is so-so, but we generally don't like the sea in Pattaya, so we didn't go there for the sea. Periodically, the tides come and go, bringing garbage naturally, the water is muddy, like everywhere else in the city. We always took a Bolt taxi to the center and to the pier, it was convenient and inexpensive. The rooms in the hotel are tired, without repair, but in general everything you need is there. Good afternoon, we rested at the hotel from 27.10 to 03.11.24, lived in a 14-storey building, the room was spacious, clean, the air conditioning worked well, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed too. The room has everything, cups, plates, kettle, glasses, adds tea, coffee, sugar, water every day for 1b.per person, there is everything in the bathroom for washing, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, hand soap, in large bottles. The territory is small but beautiful, there is a passage through the restaurant to the sea, you need to go down a steep stone staircase, the beach is urban, sun beds and umbrellas are paid, but we did not like the water in the sea, it was very dirty and we went to the islands, there is just a heavenly place, the water is transparent, the sand is white, cool. We downloaded the bolt taxi app, called a taxi to the pier, from the pier by ferry, then by tuk-tuk, one way for about an hour, but it's worth it. Nutrition: breakfast was very good at the hotel, lots of fruits, vegetables, porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs, and much more. I consider this to be the best hotel in Pattaya in terms of price-performance ratio. The hotel is located next to a cozy beach with the same name. There are many bike rental points nearby, they took it right in front of the hotel at the exchanger, the gas station is 50 meters away. We walked to Bali Hai Pier, and the observation deck with the Buddha is also nearby, above the letters Pattaya to the left of the pier. The sea is relatively clear, but there were waves and we went to Koh Lan. We will definitely come back here next time!

And if you get tired, you can go to the night market, which is not far away, and you can buy and bargain there (things, souvenirs). And the gastronomic range here is diverse!!! Delicious.
Now about the hotel pool. Our vacationers probably think that they bought the hotel for the duration of their vacation and no one else can rest except them. They occupy deck chairs for the whole day, they go off on their own for half a day somewhere they shy away. Well, what to do with mentality and upbringing. Yes, I would like to mention the compatriots who walk here with stone faces. People smile!!!
Now about the beach, it's really not bad here, but take aquasocks with you, otherwise you'll cut your leg just once or twice.
Attractions. There is a statue of the golden Buddha nearby, you can walk a little more than 1 km. The view is amazing, go in the evening, before sunset. And the Pattaya observation deck, the distance from the hotel is about 1 km, here you will see the bay and central Pattaya, you can look through binoculars for 10 baht. The photo zone is great.
And finally, about the hotel guide. I will never use his services again. We had Alina. She praised our tour on the Dolce Vita, it's terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. You can write for a long time, but I don't want to waste my time again, it just sucks. The only presenter, the poor guy pulled it all out, the guy tried! But no, guys, for this money we could have a great vacation on our own! So you don't have to buy anything from the hotel guide. Of the important and controversial ones, Wi-Fi is free here! Otherwise, different sites have different information. Everything is fine in the rooms and in the lobby with the Internet.
We lived together with my husband in a standard room in a new building: a large room with a large balcony, air conditioning. A large bed with a hard mattress (we even had two in our room: a large double bed and one and a half), there are additional pillows and blankets. Daily cleaning, change of towels, branded gel, shampoo/conditioner, soap and body lotion in large jars, tea accessories and refrigerator are all in place.
but! There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste - keep in mind. There are boilers in the hotel, so hot water didn't always go smoothly either: sometimes you had to wait for the lukewarm water to go) And these are the only two disadvantages of the hotel that we have found for ourselves.
A good breakfast buffet with European and local cuisine, a coffee machine, and fresh fruits. It's not fancy, of course, but it's great to get some energy.
We liked the location: there is no vibrant nightlife here, the area is more family-friendly. Nearby, perhaps, the best urban beach in the city is Cozy: a very beautiful tropical bay, but with a steep descent from the street to the beach - it will be difficult to get down with a wheelchair. On the beach, a local grandmother makes amazing smoothies from fresh fruits - we recommend you try it, it's very tasty and rich!

The hotel is large, the buildings are separated by a road.
The pools, the restaurant is gorgeous - the menu is excellent, international. The views are stunning over the sea and the islands.
Breakfast on the 1st floor is adapted for Russians, Kazakhs and Chinese from 06.00 to 10.00. Very tasty dishes. The coffee is gorgeous and fragrant.
There are always plenty of fruits!
The staff works flawlessly.
The rooms have everything you need.
The only thing is that the sockets are old, the TV is a separate story - there is not a single Russian-speaking channel, although the hotel is 40% full of Russians, but we watched Asian channels and were very satisfied.
The descent to the sea is a staircase, the view is amazing, but the staircase needs repair.
The beach and the sea are magnificent, clean, comfortable.
There is everything nearby: cafes, restaurants, shops, 7 eleven, street food.

We really liked the 3-star hotel!
The staff is responsive, our air conditioner was broken, we had it done on the same day
Cleaning was carried out daily

I really liked the hotel grounds, the pool, the lobby and the restaurant
The pool was very clean and you could swim even in the evening!
The breakfasts were the same every morning, but everything was very satisfying and delicious!
To walk to the sea by a steep staircase, but for my husband and me, it was not a problem) Sun beds on the beach are paid
The hotel has everything you need nearby: exchangers, 7/11, massage rooms, fruit stalls (smoothies are something divine)
We walked to the center somehow, about 25 minutes, the rest of the time we took a taxi (we immediately bought a SIM card and used a Bolt)
Excursions were taken from our guide, there were many places)
We took the ferry to Koh Lan Island, there is paradise)
In general, we were 100% satisfied with the rest!

A good hotel, located next to the sea, a great clean beach, with good sand, good access to the sea.
BUT: you have to go down the steep stairs to the beach, it's not easy, and then climb up again...Another disadvantage is that sun beds and umbrellas are paid on the beach. And the rest.... It's not bad.
Good breakfasts, a small pool where you can swim in the evening.
Near the hotel there are three north elevens, restaurants, massage parlors,shops, pharmacy, exchangers, tour agency. We took a modern Bankog tour with a cruise there (on the street) - super, a small bus (10 people), an excellent guide - Mikhail, climbed the tower...in general, everything is very decent.
I recommend the hotel to those who do not find it difficult to walk up the stairs.

I liked the hotel. The room is cleaned every day. Tea/coffee/water is always stable) towels are soft, thick and snow-white. I took a room with a sea view. The view is gorgeous. They give out beach towels according to the cards. Thai breakfast) but I found something for myself to have breakfast. If I go to Pattaya again, I will most likely choose this hotel again. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on the front page, next to the beach of the same name. A quiet street but everything you need (7/11., cafe., exchanger., ...)nearby. There is a minus, the tuk-tuk is quite far away and getting to the central streets is also not close. Otherwise (staff., breakfast., pool., rooms..) credit.

The hotel is not new, but it holds its 4 stars worthily. We got a great room with a wonderful view. Delicious, varied and full buffet breakfasts, friendly staff, excellent territory and swimming pools, a beautiful beach and just a picturesque staircase to the beach under a tree on which squirrels are constantly running. The location is convenient, the breakfasts are very good, the room cleaning and bed linen are very acceptable, but the hotel is very old, all the furniture is scratched, the warm water is bad, all the rooms are smoky, the air conditioner is built in downstairs and no one has cleaned it since the foundation of the hotel, the stench in the rooms is terrible. I will definitely not return to this hotel for any price. Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby, although they say that it is available in the rooms.

A great 3+* hotel. We lived with our granddaughter on the 7th floor overlooking the pool and the sea. The view is very beautiful. Normal cleaning. The staff is very friendly. There are no bathrobes or slippers. The breakfasts are so-so...There was practically no fruit! We went to the center by taxi - 250 baht one way. But this is already my jamb - I had to download the app and buy a SIM card.
I liked the trip - an excursion to Nong Nooch Park. We took it from Oleg in front of the hotel. Alexey led the tour! Many thanks from me and from my granddaughter Kira and from our companions - Elena and Sasha, whom we met on this tour and are communicating today! A very beautiful and interesting park, an interesting show with elephants, which turned out to be a ride. But, most importantly, this is our escort - we remember with great gratitude!
But excursions to the aquarium, to the crocodile farm and excursions cannot be called - they were taken, left for 1.5 hours and they came and took them away. It would be easier and cheaper to visit yourself . From the aquarium of the past, only 1/10 of what was before remained! Covid must have ruined a lot.!?
