Everything is cool, nature, food, the houses themselves, but there are nuances. Every arrival /arrival, if you arrive by car, even if it is already repeated in a day, you are searched and searched for food or alcohol. We were warned that it was forbidden to bring our own, we ordered on the spot, why arrange this shameless sham every time is unclear. They position themselves as a premium hotel, but the staff and security are clearly trained to work with cattle. Intrusive service, wi-fi is constantly disappearing in houses, they do not allow you to go to the hotel after 12 at night, if you are suddenly late, you will deal with boorish security.

We stopped by on 06.01 to celebrate the dr, we were searched at check-in as at customs, during a search at the entrance, we found nothing but a hookah. OK, we left the hookah at the reception. We checked into the house, were with the dog, called the reception to bring a bowl for the dog to drink water and toilet paper, as she was absent on the ground floor. The waiter comes, brings a bowl, we pour water for the dog with him, leaves and comes with a senior manager, a boor, starts shouting at us, you see, we do it all in secret, the name of this boor Gulbakhyt Dusenbaevna. Okay, never mind, there's still no toilet paper. Upon departure, when we were no longer in the house and were paying at the reception, the cleaners found a bottle of Martini, which they presented to us as brought with them and forced us to pay a fine for it. Despite the fact that the guards themselves confirmed that we had nothing superfluous at check-in. And despite the fact that there are no price lists for fines in the rules of rest, or in the menu, anywhere at all! This is purely an abuse of official authority on the part of the staff. Also, at check-out, we look at unclear amounts in the receipt, it turns out that you have to pay separately for the dog, seriously? There was a correspondence in what's up, where they write in black and white: the dog is free! The same senior manager begins to prove to us that everything is correct in the receipt, in raised tones, we are all adult adequate people, why should we pay for something that does not apply to us. The prices on the menu and in the receipt were also different, some kind of deception. And that's not all the details: the waiters only brought orders from the third time, someone stole the beer that was left in the room at check-out, they thought they would remove it from the receipt, since it remained untouched. I do not recommend this place, I think that Gulbakhyt Dusenbaevna does not occupy her position, no service for not a little money. Bottom line: the food is delicious / the bath is good, the service is at zero, the staff is fooling visitors, no one controls it. Nurlan the administrator is the only one of the staff who tried to resolve the situation, very friendly and kind!
P.S. Please pay attention to the management of the Country Village Resort to the boorish behavior of the administrator of this institution in the person of Gulbakhyt Dusenbaevna and take action! Thus, you lose potential customers and the desire to return to your recreation center once again!

I love this place. Cleanliness is at the highest level! The kitchen is simply amazing, the price is slightly above average. But houses are not expensive per day. Moreover, they are separate and very comfortable. Small 20000tg, 2-storey 35000tg 2 bathrooms on each floor. Tomorrow is super, delicious and huge. They bring everything to the house, it's very convenient. The playground is open until 20:00h. The child is supervised all day 700 tenge per hour. Parents can relax😄 The bath is also worthy of 8000 tenge per hour. It's worth it. I generally recommend it. 👍

Very low level of service. The guards are rude. There was a sagging mattress on the second floor in the house, 5 bottles of water for three days, never changed, never cleaned (on the third day, after departure, they offered to clean up). We signed up for the spa together in advance, it turned out that there was only one master and we would wait in turn for 1.5 hours, we forgot the chain - when we called, of course they said - we didn't see anything, you probably lost it elsewhere. The food is delicious, the sauna is good, the bar is open promptly. But in general, the price does not match the quality.

Honestly, the guards ruined our first impressions. They began to do a search in the cold, they had to put bags on the snow and in the mud. Communication with customers is just terrible for them to work in the zone, and not in hotels.
In general, the houses are cool, warm and cozy.
The kitchen is mediocre, but it will do for a remote place. Although they ordered sausages, as if they were ordered in the microwave for the second time after the refusal. Special thanks to the officer. And yes, the name of the spoilage of the torn menu was confused by 60 000 tenge. A good place for a family holiday, but there is not much to do, just a sauna and a SPA.
