Awesome Polite staff, water is provided, the food is delicious, clean, there is a tea/coffee set, a guard coffee maker. The windows do not open, there are no balconies. It was normal to breathe in March. Hair dryer, safe. Rooftop pool with a bar. The location is great, the entrance from the hotel to the shopping center, near the bus stop. It's a long way to the beach where you can sunbathe and swim in the heat, there are paid sun beds or free sand) the "sea" itself in this part is not a thrill, a mini bay. It is surrounded by a ledge of islands.

Excellent breakfasts, spacious rooms, convenient location near the city beach + there are delicious cafes within walking distance. I really enjoyed my vacation here. The only disadvantage is that the sound insulation from the street is not very good, get ready to wake up every day at 6 a.m., because the mosque, which is located across the street, is very audible.

I really liked the hotel. The room is not very large, but it has everything you need. The room has two huge beds with comfortable high-rise mattresses. A spacious wardrobe with a full-length mirror, an iron with ironing board, a tea and coffee corner, a long table, a refrigerator, two armchairs, a floor lamp, climate control, bedside tables. There are glasses, tea pairs, bottled water, tea, coffee dry drinks, sugar, cream, disposable tableware are reported every day. Cleaned every day, everything is clear. The bath linen was changed every day, the bed linen every other day. A comfortable spacious bathroom. Everything is combined : san. a node with a separate bidet and a bathtub with a shower, a partition in the form of a glass opening door. In the same building there is a food court, a LuLu supermarket, shops with clothes, cosmetics, souvenirs. There is a dessert cafe on the ground floor. The prices are not small, of course. The location is great! Nearby there are stops, crossings, a gorgeous embankment. Let's come back here again.

I booked a hotel through booking, payment was indicated on the spot upon check-in. I received confirmation from the hotel that everything is OK. (The card is linked to booking in Kazakhstan)
While we were on the plane, the hotel sent an email saying "your card is not a card, give us another one within 4 hours"
Well, of course I didn't check my mailbox on the plane. And we were on the road without Internet for 6.5 hours.
After the expiration, the reservation was simply cancelled...
We went to them. They are as follows: the reservation has been cancelled, we could not debit money from your card.

We lived on the 10th floor, the water pressure was such that I went to the trainer room to wash my hair, because only there it was good.
