After booking, I wrote to this hotel 3 times to ask them to provide us with connect rooms. I was answered only on the day of arrival - we will try to help. When we arrived, they said we can't help you. It was essential for us to live high up so as not to be disturbed by street noise, but how could we put the children and me at different ends of the floor. In my opinion, it is impolite when the hotel ignores your letters and responds on the third day already on the day of arrival. On Booking.com they show 4 stars, although this is not true, it is exactly 3*. After 24.00, you can only buy snacks and drinks on the ground floor at the hotel. And don't buy into the phrase "breakfast is included." This means a paper cup of tea/coffee + a small cup of fruit or yogurt. Plus the queue. One of the worst included in the price of breakfast at the hotel.
