I liked the hotel!
Positive:
1. Nice room.
2. Large ironing board and iron in the room.
3. There is a coffee machine in the room.
4. Delicious breakfasts.
5. Excellent location, there are many restaurants nearby.
Cons:
1. Apparently I was unlucky, but the view from my room was on the wall of the neighboring house.
2. The absence of a shoe spoon.
3. The price tag is too high for Russians (well, it's because of the ruble exchange rate).

Hello everyone. The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan. All interesting places are within walking distance. There are a large number of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and exchangers nearby. The rooms are clean, the order is excellent. The staff speaks Russian-speaking is available. A good buffet, you definitely won't stay hungry. Have a nice stay, everyone. Thanks to the staff.

Very polite, friendly maids. In particular, I want to thank the maid of floors 8-9 Nairi. She's doing a great job. The room is perfectly clean. Naira answered all our questions about the operation of the room. She speaks Russian well, is very pleasant to communicate with, and is friendly.

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are not large, but very cozy. The beds are super comfortable. Special thanks to the staff, everyone is very attentive and friendly. No matter what non-standard request we made, we always tried to help. The staff at the reception has a separate respect, they will always tell you everything. The location is very good, all the main attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend it!

A new hotel in the heart of the city. All Courtyard network standards are respected and in some matters even slightly better than guaranteed by the network.
The main advantages:
-location, within walking distance from all the main attractions but a little away from the noisy streets and squares.
- new equipment and furniture, and in general everything (because of the novelty of the hotel itself, which is only a few months old)
- pillows of two types, down and synthetic. They were not very convenient for me, but they are normal. super comfortable mattresses
- availability of capsule coffee machines and complimentary coffee capsules in all categories of rooms (not counting tea, instant coffee and water)
- a magnificent gym with everything you need and a view of the city
- wonderful young staff, all very friendly
- excellent Gia restaurant. Be sure to take breakfast! They're great here. It is really higher than the standards of the chain, and at the level of more expensive hotels (salmon, cheeses, meat delicacies, freshly squeezed fresh fruits, berries, healthy food, yoghurts and whatever you want). Almond cappuccino for breakfast is divine! If there are a lot of people, then, as everywhere, it becomes not too cozy and you have to wait for orders for coffee and so on (but there is a coffee machine for those who cannot wait). I separately recommend their blueberry tart for breakfast , it is quickly disassembled, but it is sooo delicious, there is almost no dough, solid berries.
Gia Restaurant is also a great option for lunch and dinner. And the constant presence of locals in the restaurant who do not live in the hotel speaks volumes. Excellent seafood. Adequate prices for this level of restaurant.
- WiFi internet is very fast.
- stylish Gia bar, with a pleasant audience and a large cocktail list
- availability of a SPA
During my stay at the hotel, I did not find any disadvantages or disadvantages (if you do not find fault), and this speaks volumes.
The hotel is definitely worth its money. And when the guys open the rooftop pool (this is now in the plans), it will be generally cool and party.
The only negative thing to be aware of. The layout of the hotel is arranged in such a way that all suites have a view of the neighboring building under construction, which is literally five to ten meters away (it seems that at arm's length) and the room is very dark, almost no light enters it. I mean, it's super weird. These are the most expensive rooms in the hotel, one per floor and they all have this view of the courtyard and the wall of the building during construction.
That is, you need to keep in mind that a two-room and more spacious room will always have a terrible "view" of the wall and the construction site, and rooms with a view of the city are half as small but with a view and bright.
This is the only feature you need to know about.
