An excellent residential complex with its own swimming pool, restaurant, spa center, parking, children's area. All this is in a closed area, guarded, with cameras. The sea is 500 meters away at most, a small store is also 400 meters away, large shops will have to be reached by car. Ercan Airport is 50 kilometers away. Studio rent will cost 800-1000 euros per month approximately + com services. I recommend it for rest and accommodation.

Excellent complex, good infrastructure. Pools for adults and children, water slides for children. There is a restaurant and a shop on site. The sea is about 10-12 minutes on foot. I recommend holidays to parents with children.

I'll start with the main thing for me: there are no Russian-speaking waiters in the restaurant, so the order was not accepted from us. There is no flag of the Russian Federation on the flagpoles, although it was there until the beginning of July. The rest doesn't matter to me anymore, although the area is cozy, lots of greenery, careful care of it, there is a large 100-meter pool with elements of an aqua park, there are many sun beds around it, there is a children's playground. A sauna is provided free of charge for residents of the complex. There is a grocery store on site. I really liked the apartments located on the first floors of 4-storey houses: all have at least 2 exits from the apartments.
