Great hotel! Everything is very thought out in the houses, there is even a Bluetooth speaker, USB sockets for charging are output in the beds. The style is fascinating.
There is a small playground for children.
We have been traveling in Armenia for 8 days now, and realized that Russia has the most delicious food, and we also had a very tasty dinner here at last. The breakfast is also good.
The children were interested in climbing on the beds in the room.

A very cool and atmospheric place! The service here is top notch, all the staff are very friendly and friendly, we felt that we were welcome here. The breakfasts are quite modest, but very tasty. The same can be said about the restaurant's menu: not very many items, but very tasty and very large portions. The room was very clean, the plumbing and repairs were fresh, the beds were high, soft and comfortable. The very design of the houses, the restaurant and the territory is very interesting, and the location near the mountains adds some kind of fantasy. The only thing we didn't take into account was the weather. The difference with Yerevan is about 10-15 degrees, so it is chilly and rainy there in April.

Fabulous hotel, I really liked it. Our family is thrilled! How nice it was to feel yourself in the magical land of Hobbitonia! The houses are equipped with everything necessary. The most delicious tea that the little Hobbits treated us to. Let's remember it for a long time. The place is picturesque. Be sure to take a walk up the road to the forest. The mushrooms grow huge there.)) I definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfasts are wonderful. Delicious coffee.

The hotel is just great! Really hobbit houses. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, both inside and on site. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, including its own kitchenette (refrigerator, kettle, guard coffee machine, cutlery). There is a playground and gazebos on the territory. Breakfast is served in a separate building on the ground floor, on the second floor there is a restaurant. The breakfasts are delicious. The interior is also very cool

It's an amazing place. As I visited the Shire. It is very atmospheric and well maintained. It is mandatory to visit. Everything is on top, the territory, the rooms, the staff, the restaurant. One minus, we booked for only three days, I would like to stay there longer, if I'm going to Armenia again, I will definitely stay there.

It's a cool place. To all connoisseurs of the Lord of the Rings, and indeed to everyone :) Cozy houses in the Hobbit style. Clean and tidy, soft and comfortable beds. There is a good bathroom, there is a heater, so you will not freeze. The design of the territory is also taken from films and books. The creators are well done, I definitely recommend you to check in! The breakfasts are delicious, the lunch and dinner menus are good for the price. And all this is surrounded by gorgeous nature.

Just a great idea and implementation of the idea of hobbit houses! A very beautiful and almost safe area (at least 8 years old children can be safely released, because they already understand that they do not need to jump into the river), there is a small playground, a restaurant on site, a campfire with seats. The houses themselves are absolutely mimic and full of details that you want to enjoy and be surprised by: tiles on the walls, a yellow toilet, homemade cabinets, a coffee machine, pots with mint and thyme, USB sockets, heaters, towels with a branded embroidered logo. It's all clear!
Breakfast is modest, but hearty: a choice of hot omelet / scrambled eggs / boiled eggs + the freshest pita bread, herbs, cheese and ham + coffee and sweets.
My children and I were absolutely delighted and ready to recommend it to everyone!

The house has everything: snow-white towels and bed linen, toothbrush, soap, gel, shampoo,gig cotton buds, hair dryer, kettle, mugs and cutlery, sugar, tea, coffee capsules with a coffee machine!!!, water, TV 100+ channels, column, refrigerator , heater... Maybe I missed something.
We were warmly welcomed on a rainy evening)))
There was one mini inconvenience in the room - the sink was too small, washing the water spilled a little past, but it is clear that in the idea the sink would no longer be in the subject))
The restaurant said that they are closing, I hope this is a temporary inconvenience for the guests)) very interesting paintings)))
It would be great to see a simple, accessible and child-friendly menu in such a hotel format))))

Great place! Good staff, warmly welcomed, showed everything. Every day, as many bottles of water are put in the refrigerator in each house as there are residents. Comfortable beds and mattresses. Also, the breakfasts are delicious, a good restaurant, they are made quickly, clearly and tasty! If you want to take a break from the bustling city or just get some fresh air, then this is a great place!

Симпатично и необычно снаружи. Так же стильно внутри. Есть холодильник, чайник, даже капсульная кофе-машина и немного посуды. На территории небольшая детская площадка. Персонал доброжелательный. Завтрак простой, но выбор есть и достаточно вкусно.
Что не понравилось: близость к дороге. В целом общее полотно сказочности не создаётся, хотя отдельные домики хороши. Да, у домиков чуть облезлые бока. Внутри домика темновато, т.к. окно одно, небольшое и низкое.
В целом заехать на один день очень здорово: необычно и при этом уютно.

A cozy and unusual hotel. The cabins have everything for a comfortable stay, even a capsule coffee machine. We stayed for one night, it was enough.
The receptionist who greets you at the parking lot is a very friendly and pleasant young man. Speaks Russian well. He showed me the number and told me everything in detail.
It was quite cold at the end of November. There is a powerful heater in the room, but you need to turn it on in advance to warm up the whole room. But it's still cool in the bathroom.
You can order dinner at the restaurant, but the delivery is paid, so it's better to pick it up yourself.
The breakfasts are good, they cook a choice of scrambled eggs, omelette or porridge. Pita bread, cheese, ham, pancakes, tea, coffee, drinks are served.
Compared to other hotels, Cozy hause looks very decent. We liked it, and my daughter was delighted.

We stayed only for one night, but this place will be remembered for a long time. The owner is a designer, he thought everything through to the smallest detail and designed this place. Thanks a lot to him! My husband and I are fans of the Hobbit universe and we enjoyed every detail. I would also like to mention the excellent breakfasts and very polite and attentive staff. In the room, you could turn on and adjust the heating yourself. Thanks for the coffee machine, herbal tea for the teapot and the music speaker. I recommend this place!

На свой день рождения я решила, что мы должны остановиться в домике хоббитов! Это восторг! Очень симпатичные домики, необычно внутри. Стильно)) безумно понравилось!
Во дворе есть качели. Мы сели вечером и нам принесли пледы (мы не просили). Очень приятно!
Завтрак замечательный. Стоит кофе машина ❤️
Но еще в первый день мы пошли поесть в их ресторан (там же где завтрак обслуживается).
Мы были шокированы вкусом блюд ❤️🔥
оооочень вкусно! Неожиданно стейк оказался идеальным) понравилось абсолютно все)
Десерт забрали с собой в номер, поели с чаем (есть чайник и кладут чай/кофе).
Очень рада что мы остановились в этом необычном месте, спасибо )

Suuuuuper!!! An atmospheric place with amazing service!! It's like really getting into a hobbit village!! The cleanliness is perfect, a safe, tea and even a capsule coffee machine, a menu for ordering food from a restaurant, what else do you need for a great holiday! The location is convenient, to the center of Dilijan 5 minutes by taxi. I recommend you to visit necessarily! Lots of positive emotions, and photos 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Well, the nature around is just like from the paintings of the best landscape painters (so to speak for dessert)

This is a wonderful place! I highly recommend Tolkien to fans of the universe. On the territory, each house is unique, everything is done with high quality and taste.

After visiting Armenia in March 2024 , I added it to the list of my favorite countries😍 On the way from Dilijan, we stopped at an amazing hotel) He attracted us with his originality! Already in the parking lot, one wonderful person allowed us to see the territory of the hotel and even kindly showed us the houses inside) There was no chapel for our joy)) We really got into a fairy tale 🙏🏻🤩 We really want to come back and stay with them next time ☺️ Thank you for the atmosphere of joy 🙏🏻😍

In general, I liked the hotel. Original design, the room has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, slippers, kettle, coffee maker, TV and even a Bluetooth speaker. The staff is friendly, they speak both English and Russian. There are playgrounds on the territory. A rich breakfast. The hotel is located 4 km from the central part of Dilijan and at a distance from the starting points of walking routes, therefore it assumes the presence of a car.

Perhaps our opinion is related to the time of the year, but still this is exactly the assessment this vacation here deserves. It was March 10th. On the plus side, it's very atmospheric. You get into a fairy tale. The village of Hobbits. The wow effect is definitely from the picture. We lived in the first house. On the downside, it's very cold. It's extremely cold. They took the heater. The room warmed up only in the morning. Maybe it's not the season, but they went to bed in warm clothes. The bathroom had an outdoor temperature. The house itself is tiny, but very cute. We also didn't like the breakfast. Such a service has not been seen anywhere else. A separate house-dining room. You come and wait for the waiter to come and bring the food. There were two dishes to choose from. We chose pasta. They brought first a few pieces of cheese, herbs, sour cream and a lot of bread, and after 30 minutes a plate of pasta. Without everything. Just a side dish. Just pasta. The longest breakfast and the longest service. We spent more than an hour.We were hungry, so we went to a cafe for breakfast. If you are going for an entourage, take food and warm clothes in the cold season. We were slightly disappointed with the cold and the breakfast. That's exactly what our impression remains.

Великолепная концепция отеля! Сказочное место, где забываешь о реальности и полностью окунаешься в фантастический мир хоббитов. Каждый уголок отеля украшен волшебными декорациями ручной работы, сделанными с любовью владельцами комплекса. Персонал очень приветливый. Прислушивается к мнениям отдыхающих и старается сделать пребывание гостей более комфортным и запоминающимся. С удовольствием вернемся еще при первой же возможности!

Очень не обычно, и очень прикольно. Домики - интересный глэмпинг )))
С детьми супер! Ресторан при домикамиках. По кухне, сходили на ужин. Из меню половины нет, остальное что заказывали не понравилось. Но заврак классный. Хочу заметить, что зона кухни в рестранчике вполне достойная. По этому думаю, что в ближайшее время уровень кухни доведут до более чем достойного уровня.

Очень классно место!
На территории 15 домиков, течет речка , вид на горы со всех сторон. До центра Дилижана можно доехать на такси за 500-800 драмов. В номер можно заказать еды и ресторанов города.
В домике есть все удобства, Очень удобные кровати, в меру мягкие матрасы , комфортное белье. Интерьер свежий , куча интересных и полезных мелочей и приятных деталей , вроде ночника , кофе, трав для чая , кольца всевластия под стеклом стола , телевизора с кучей каналов и ютубом, деревянной новой мебели, принадлежностей для ванны и т д.
Завтрак приносят ровно в 10 в красивом сундуке, и хотя он скромный , но вполне сытный , а главное - антураж)
И конечно, приятное добродушное обслуживание !

Были с невестой на экскурсии, забежали только в ресторан при отеле, великолепный персонал, замечательное обслуживание, овощи свежие, еда вся вкусная, это заведение на уровне заведений в центре города Ереван! Советую к посещению!

Когда мы пересекли светящийся мостик, то попали в сказку: в темноте светились домики с круглыми дверями, большая зеленая территория. Внутри домика все очень стильно. Превосходный матрас, горячий душ с качественной фурнитурой, скоростной интернет и ТВ, кофемашина. А что еще нужно уставшему хоббиту? Благодарю замечательный персонал за экслюзивный отдых!
