I recently started working out at this women's fitness studio, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and friendly – you immediately feel at home. The coaches are real professionals: they will always support, prompt and help you achieve the best results.
The studio is spacious and clean. The variety of workouts is just fire! There is everything from strength training to stretching, and every workout takes place at a high energy level.
The approach to each client is especially pleasing – individual characteristics and goals are taken into account, so visible results are not long in coming. Thanks to the studio for the inspiration and the opportunity to become the best version of yourself! I recommend it to all girls who want to practice with pleasure!

A good fitness club, which is a pleasure to go to. I want to mention the work of the coach — she is very attentive and always tries to help. I like it: everything is clear, accessible and to the point. An individual approach to each occupying girl - woman. The training sessions are useful and in a good mood, it feels like the coach is sincerely interested in our progress.
There are minor disadvantages, there is no ideal anywhere, but for me they are insignificant. Overall, I am pleased and glad that I chose this place for classes.

A cozy women's studio equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, shower,clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, irons and more. The workouts are varied, there are various necessary equipment. I returned to training after an injury (fracture) of my leg, I cannot fully perform the group program, they select exercises for me that I can and can perform. Additionally, it is left after training to develop the joint. In general , there is a great love for the studio , especially for Natalia's coach🩵
