In the hall, sellers are standing in a bunch with a security guard and discussing buyers ... when asked to consult or help find the right shampoo, I was only giggled at, saying that if they have it on the site, it does not have to be and it should be…
Advice, if you need to visit this store in Brest, it is better to go to Varshavsky where they will advise you and will not dare.
Managers are kindly requested to have at least a conversation with the staff to begin with!

Sellers have poor knowledge of product information. One of the employees is quite friendly, all the others are very tired and hate customers. Samples are given out reluctantly after purchase, only when reminded. I like to try new things and change flavors precisely because I got to know them like this in the store. There is no access to the new fragrance, they hide it in the store on a turnkey basis. But there is progress, there is no longer a guard in the store who looms over you. The assortment is not bad, even after the new year, but the attitude of the employees is very repulsive, it is better to spend time and post Duty free.

Выбор не очень. А тестеры вообще убрали ( те, которые стоят, пустые). И чтобы что-то понюхать нужно звать консультанта - он достанет откуда - то и пшыкнет тебе.
Короче, капец как неудобно что-то выбирать.
Лично я люблю всегда новое пробовать, а просить 10 раз - " покажите то, покажите это". Не буду
Из плюсов - иногда бывают скидки небольшие

Спросила помаду. Предложили "всего за 240,сейчас на скидке". Большое спасибо. Цены на т воду завышены по сравнению и с вайлдберрис, и с золотым яблоком. Продавщицы вообще не подходят, если сама не обратишься

Конкретно в этот магазин зашли впервые за определённым ароматом и сразу не могли найти ,сделали пару кругов по залу.Видимл,одеты были не очень хорошо,продавцы не обратили никакого внимания, хотя в зале никого из покупателей не было, на вопросы отвечали не совсем доброжелательно, желание покупать пропало, заказали на сайте,выйдя из магазина, лучше день подождать,чем с таким отношением покупать.
Персоналу есть чему поучиться у продавцов Кравтов в Минске!!!!

Будьте осторожны. Имеется поддельный товар, особенно тот, который на акциии. Выдают за оригинал , но это не так. Проверено на себе. В прошлом году взяла на акции духи , цена была сенидена практически вдвое. Оказались поддельными. Аромат держался максимум полчаса, что не свойственно оригиналу. Будьте бдительны. Сецчас очень много подделок правтически на каждый аромат. Ценитель ароматов сразу поймет, но если вы чуть хуже одеты , что сращу видит продавец , уж извмнмте, что так выражаюсь . Но, в зтом магазине работают девушки, прекрасно знающие кому можно «подсунуть» . Уж извините за такой отзыв. Но я очент разочарована. Фу.
