Total disappointment, terrible service. The order was placed at 18.00 for delivery from 18.45 to 19.30.
At 19.45 I called and was told that our order had not even been placed, referring to the fact that we had not been reached, although this is a complete lie, the phone was always with us, but even if you had not reached once, then you need to call more, not not to prepare the order. As a result, I was told that the order would be by 20.30, 40 at the latest, while they did not offer any discount for their own joint, OK. I'M CALLING AGAIN AT 9.30 PM! and they tell me, "the courier is already picking up your order and will be with you soon"??????It's like it's okay again! Until I asked for a discount on the order myself, no one even said a word about it. As a result, we were given a ridiculous 15% discount for the fact that the child went to bed hysterically without his food, and our whole mood was ruined. Well, in the end, the courier just took the money and began to leave, when asked "what about the change?", she said "you indicated no change, I don't owe you anything." When I indicated without change, it was before the whole situation and before the discount, the amount had changed, and at least your administrator should have clarified it, not me! The courier left with the money, and in another situation I wouldn't care about these pennies, but it's a matter of principle, I hope you will find only the service that you yourself offer everywhere.

I spat along with the recommender, just disgusting shawarma, huge chunks of leftover Peking cabbage, a lot of excessive lavash screwed into the shawarma, as a result, I chewed lavash with huge chunks of cabbage, naturally I did not want to finish this, fed the trash. It's delicious for someone, but believe me, there are chefs who will really do it for the same amount, much neater and better. All information was conveyed to the administration, to which they ignored this situation. Since the photo was in the whole shawarma, and there were 2 shawarma, it's a pity I didn't take a photo of what it looked like from the inside

The delivery was 20 minutes late, the pie arrived salted, and the pasta was simply thrown away because it arrived cold, it became like jelly. In general, it's just wasted money and a spoiled mood, they gave me a 10% discount on my claims, which in no way suits me. I would like to receive what is indicated for the money paid, and not a cold mass.

I personally visited earlier - delicious pizza, delicious shawarma. One of the best I've tried. But the delivery leaves much to be desired. Once the order arrived completely cold, the second time the order was delayed, more than 40 minutes after the final waiting time had to be abandoned. We need to do something about it.
