Действительно, если вам хочется просто выкинуть впустую несколько часов своей жизни - добро пожаловать, адски медленно, единственный вариант что-то сделать это подойти туда к открытию, а лучше даже раньше

Вероятно касса работает минимум до 19:00 в будни , так как была в отделении в 18:32 в будни , касса работала , а отделение уже пустовало , может быть там что-то и работало , не ясно.
Но в 18:35 закрылась одна касса, может быть просто инкассация
