Registration of 60 lari, monthly maintenance of 1.5 lari, free cash withdrawal at ATMs (although most of them did not work in Batumi)). A fairly simple application, with the possibility of using it in Russian. The account opening time is 3-5 business days. Compared to other banks, the conditions are very loyal to the citizens of our superpower!)
The department itself is quite clean, although there is almost nowhere to sit and the queue is always at least an hour and a half. I issued a card from them. They did it quite quickly and without questions, they only needed a foreign passport, a Georgian number and an address in Georgia. But the bank itself is terrible. He performs operations on average in three to four days, sometimes twice. They can withdraw in one currency, return the next day in another and withdraw again in a third. If some purchase was canceled (for example, food delivery), the money will be returned to you God willing in a week. Unistream and the golden crown are not working. Theoretically, there is an opportunity to transfer money to the card, but it has never worked out in a month, you need to go to the bank, where they will already write it to your card. The application very often does not open or does not load the balance. I do not recommend the bank at all, come here only if they refused in all other places. By the way, they have only one card and it costs 60 lari per year.

Everything is fine, even though I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, I wanted to ask the conditions for the mortgage, everything was explained, but it is a pity that I could not arrange it, because citizens of Ukraine, Belarus and the Russian Federation need to make 50% of the initial payment.

I'm shooting a star for the app. It has an option to "accept the transfer", which in fact does not work and comes to go to the branch, receive the transfer through the cashier.
Terrible bank and service. The girl wrote correctly in the last review, here you can really grow old waiting for you to be called on a ticket. The bank's employees do not want to work. They just sit and chat on their mobile phone. After only 20 minutes, they were invited to receive money on a coupon, although it does not take much time. There was no one in the queue in front of us!
If you choose which bank to open an account with, I do not recommend this one! There are always some problems with transfers in the application, and there are long queues at the bank and employees do not want to work!
If you are going to open an account, the average waiting time in the evening is from 30-40 minutes. You need cash to pay for account opening services, and the bank's ATM may not work. So keep that in mind. You can communicate with employees in Russian and English.
First of all, it's a very long wait. Secondly, there are a lot of people, and even those who just came were accepted, I think this is not related to people. They only accept 1 window, but open 2-3 there. Thanks
