The lady at the desk was unable to answer any of my questions and repeated her mantra, "You need to go to the operator at the branch office where you ordered the card."
Unfortunately, she could do only cashier operations, as I understand... So consider this fact before going here on Saturdays.
I have no questions about her but a few for the management:
1. Aren't your branch offices in the same system? Shouldn't the data be stored in a common database and be available at any branch office?
2. If this office has only a cashier on Saturdays, please specify this info in popular reference systems so people would not waste their time, coming here for operations other than cash transactions.
The card was issued super quickly. The girl is sweet and polite and explained everything clearly in English, although I speak English poorly. There was no queue. Annual debit card service is 50 lari and 1.5 each month. a deposit of 200 lari is made for 3 months (as of 11.5.24)
Terrible bank and service, a card has been issued for a business account- every time there are delays, for at least six months, they say an average transfer is 3-7 working days, in fact 3 weeks - a month!!! If possible, go to another bank, anything but a credo!

There is a bank branch for foreigners. There you will be able to open a debit card in 2 days, if you have proof of income. An inexpensive tariff for a Mastercard card. They speak Russian.
The only bank that does not have a crooked face, opens a bank account, but everything is very long, I would say very long, so get ready to leave 2 or 3 hours there, the whole problem is in their program, which constantly slows down or freezes, I say hello to the IT department of this company, you eat free money, hire yourself normal employees that will set everything up fine!

At the same time, the service was refused, because they did not take the ticket in the queue, although the customers in front of us did not take it either. And how to understand that this coupon is needed if a small terminal is standing at the window of the operating room in the other side, where there was no staff at that moment either.
There is no negativity. I opened the map in Kutaisi. I didn't meet any queues or indifference. On the contrary, benevolence and a desire to help. No approval is needed, as no documents were required, except for a foreign passport and a local SIM card. Before that, there was a refusal at TBS, although all the documents were provided there. The card is multi-currency, the cost of annual maintenance is 65 GEL, which is cheaper than in TBS.
I take off one star for the fact that the card issuance period was extended, I was almost left without a card, but again, due to the fact that the staff really wanted to do everything well, the card was received.
I tried to issue a card, they asked for a package of documents, up to an employment contract. It's good that they didn't take any tests. The girl at the reception talked disdainfully, provided help reluctantly. By the way, to make an application, just an application without confidence in approval costs 50 GEL.
I applied to the office on Chavchavadze, waited a very long time for my turn and then got into the 5th window, the girl took a very long time to issue an invoice to me and then messed up with the documents. The next day I had to go to re-sign again. There were also problems logging into the Internet bank because the SMS with the password did not come, it turned out that the girl at the branch did not connect to the Internet bank in the new documents. 🤦🏻♀️
Good department, friendly staff. It is small, but with a normal work schedule, there is an ATM inside and there are no queues (although maybe I just didn't find it).
Despite the schedule of working hours on Yandex. maps and on the bank's door, when I came to the bank at 2 p.m., the bank was closed. At the same time, there were no announcements on the bank's door that it was not working or there was a break.

Nothing works in this bank, the staff cannot help with the simplest questions, every second operation in the application is flawed, the support simply does not respond.
