The bouquet did not match the one stated on the website either in appearance or freshness. An additional branch of flowers was added to the bouquet. In fact, it did not save the bouquet, because some of the flowers were wilted. For its value, the bouquet did not match the words at all. Fortunately, at the time of receiving the bouquet, I was next to the hero of the day. After a long discussion, the bouquet was taken away, some of the flowers were replaced, and it began to match both the price and the photo. And if this is an order from another city, and it is not possible to check the correspondence of the quality and content of the bouquet to the customer (the preliminary photo of the order does not help this by 100%, because no one canceled the correct shooting angle)? Extremely unfair work. My review did not appear on the company's website (according to all reviews, it has 5 stars), so I am writing an additional review here.

I ordered a bouquet and delivery in Gomel. Unfortunately, there was no bouquet selected on the site (and after that they were promptly removed from the site, unfortunately, few people do that, like), however, they called me, agreed on a replacement, and sent photos of the alternative. They showed the finished bouquet before sending, no adjustments were needed) I ordered on a non-holiday weekend, the delivery is just lightning fast, the recipient is happy, so am I!

I have been ordering bouquets with delivery here for many times and not for the first year, they have never failed either with the quality of the color (always fresh) or with the design (everything as stated looked like that). A couple of times, some changes were made solely by agreement, due to the lack of available colors / packaging. But in the end, everything was collected and delivered in the best possible way - the recipient was pleased, the flowers pleased for a long time. As an example, see the photo of the last order (these are flowers already at the recipient's house).
I would also like to note the high efficiency even on busy (pre-holiday) days.
