The staff is surprisingly unfriendly. My order included coffee, croissant and sausage in dough. The cappuccino was made very hot and a little bitter, and the sausage in the dough was made with a burnt skirt from egg coating. We looked - indeed, all the buns with burnt edges, refused to change or refund the money, had to be thrown out.
