It's a good store. Almost all of my onions are collected from this store. But there was a nuance with the shoes, as it seems to me there is a deformation of the back of the heel. The left shoe fit well on the foot, but there was clearly something wrong with the right one, completely different sensations, a sore spot. Deformed back of the shoe. I came to return the goods and buy another pair of shoes along the way. I bought a pair of shoes, and finally I heard sarcastic words, they say, this time you won't ask for a refund?! Terrible attitude towards customers. How can you talk like that, especially with those who buy from you on a regular basis?

Today we faced an unpleasant situation. We came to the store to try to return the shoes, as there were minor problems in wearing them, but it was not the fact that they refused that angered us, but the way the seller communicated (later it turned out that it was the director). She communicated with a sarcastic smile, or made such a face, looking at shoes, as if they were all in some kind of slop. She talked to us like we were teenagers.… When viewing the product, she took it with two fingers and pretended to grimace. In a word, the impression of the store is simply ruined and the desire to come there again is completely absent from the word! Although we were regular customers....
