We lived in Cross in June 2023, lived in a two-room apartment. It is very spacious, has its own kitchenette, two balconies, the photos on the booking correspond to reality. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with sun beds, which is very helpful in the heat, towels are provided for it in the cafe. There is also a large indoor pool + sauna on site, you can swim in the evening, open until 22:00. In addition, there is a gym, a basketball court and three table tennis tables. The territory of the hotel is large, well-maintained, fruit trees (cherries, apricots, blackberries) grow, there is a cafe by the pool. Two adults and two children had a family vacation, everyone found something to do with their interests, there was no time to be bored. There is a large playground with trampolines for children. A taxi to the city is cheap 1000 AMD or 200₽. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they extended our stay for free until the evening due to the late departure. A wonderful hotel, we will stay in Armenia again.

I don't know about the hospital, but the hotel is very good))) we stayed in an apartment... The only pity is that from one balcony the view partially opened onto the pit.. And so I can't mention the excellent and sincere service, even they bought us a new mattress!!! There are two beautiful swimming pools, a wonderful and cozy cafe with very tasty food... Roses are all around))) I liked it, even very much... Special thanks to Karen))) I hope to see you again when I stay at this hotel.. And I'll be back, that's for sure.. Oh, and I forgot... A taxi from the DT center on Yandex for 300 rubles and 15 minutes, so it's convenient

The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. They complained about dirty sun beds and did not solve the problem in any way, they did not offer anything. At first they gave two lockers for three people, one turned out to be broken, as a result, there was 1 locker for three people. The pool itself may be good, but the attitude of the staff was disappointing. We won't come again.

In fact, this is a 4-star hotel. We were in Armenia for a week, lived in 4 hotels (traveled, moved), and it turned out to be the most sincere. I don't remember such hospitable people. We met at the taxi. We carried the luggage on our hands to the 4th floor. They offered a free smartphone with a local SIM card for the entire stay. The rooms are just huge. There is an area with outdoor pools for children (in the warmer months-we were in May - they were preparing to open), plus a large indoor pool and sauna are all included in the room rate). There are several gyms. A dining room with a Soviet design and prices. The overall impression is amazing. Thank you for your hospitality! 5 points.

Excellent staff, very hospitable, friendly. The food is delicious. A huge swimming pool. Unfortunately, there is no store within walking distance, but there is a vending machine, snacks and water can always be bought.
