They agreed on the length with Nargiz, washed my hair, I showed what kind of parting I usually do, and so on. As a result, Nargiz cut off a longer length than originally agreed, in the area of the bangs it is generally insanely short, although I showed the parting with which I usually go. I cut off the hair that I couldn't untangle. After laying, I looked at myself and was very upset and instead of apologizing, the master began to argue about the length that was before, although there are cameras in the cabin, which, according to the administrator, are in working condition. Although the money was returned, but the length of the hair cannot be returned, there is nothing to do with the hairstyle.
The master is a media personality , well , from her words, of course, she was insanely upset.

I wanted to become a regular customer, but after the second trip to the pedicure, the nail rollers became inflamed. Apparently, the craftsmen neglect the sterilization and processing of instruments, although I asked about it on my first visit and was even shown an autoclave. Cutters and scissors are not sterile. It was confusing that after the tools were taken out of the already opened package, they were sprayed with antiseptic on them. But I always believe in the best, as they say. After the pedicure, the tools were placed in the same package and in the same place, but not in the autoclave. The work is done beautifully, but I do not want to get hepatitis as a gift to beautiful nails. Alas, until the salon solves the problem with the sterility of instruments and taking care of the health of patients, I cannot recommend it.
