Pros: a good number of rooms (albeit tired), the room has everything you need, the beds are comfortable; I liked the food (sometimes peculiar, but I am pleased with the choice: it really suits every taste, well, almost any); a five-minute walk to the metro station; a pleasant crew lounge with a billiard table and coffee-by car (and if there is milk and the opportunity to drink something besides Americano and espresso, then there will be no price for it).
Cons: there are few sun beds on the pool (and the existing ones are already pushed almost to the ground), an extremely specific area of the hotel location.
It can be seen that the hotel is good, but it requires attention to detail.
In principle, the hotel is not badly located, so to speak, in the middle. The airport is not far away, and it is not so long to go to the center. There is a metro and buses right next to the hotel, for those who prefer local transport rather than taxis. There is a huge pier (AL Ghurair) not too far away, where you can buy everything, there are also a lot of good cafes and restaurants in the area for every taste, in the evening you can go and eat. Al Mamzar beach is not so far away, a very nice clean beach, we went to a paid one, there are 3 of them. (as there are not large coves around the embankment with stones). We went to the second one where it is more convenient, there are benches with umbrellas for free, a locker room and a shower next to it, you can also get drinking water nearby, there are not many people on weekdays, the water is clear and clean, crabs run.
The food was excellent (they only took breakfast), different juices, fruits, porridges, different cuisines (Indian, European and something like Arabic), everything was very tasty and fresh, eggs were also cooked in different variations straight from the frying pan.)
The hotel lobby and reception look good, overall the decoration is good. Of course, the rooms are no longer the first freshness, you need to change a lot, as well as the ironing board, which is already uneven from time to time and it is very difficult to iron on it. By cleaning, the hotel does not pull at 5 * in any way, the room was cleaned poorly, dust was poorly vacuumed or not at all (we were mostly at the hotel in the morning then left until the evening). The grille of the air conditioner is clogged with dust. As we understood, the bed linen was not changed for 6 nights. Towels were changed, but one day they forgot, apparently I had to ask. Upon arrival, there were no slippers and a bathrobe, they were asked at the reception and only the second time they were brought. The water was replenished regularly, cream and coffee (except for one day when no one came in at all). The sink was clogged, too, from the second time they just came to punch.
There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, who was contacted mainly and thanks a lot to her, very responsive. At the reception, in principle, everyone was responsive, thank them very much for this, we arrived early, the girl who was alone (looks like a Filipina) quickly arranged everything and explained, also settled us 3 hours earlier without additional payment. The deposit was not taken, the current tax was paid 120 dirhams. The pool is not bad, there are showers, changing rooms, separate for children, a Jacuzzi, but we were there a couple of times in total. There are not so many sun beds, if there are a lot of people, obviously not everyone will be able to accommodate them. But the area around the pool is not very large either.
We stayed at this hotel in March 2024, first about the advantages :
- Good breakfasts, varied.
- walking distance to the metro green line to “Salah aldin” by metro you can get anywhere.
- heated swimming pool + Jacuzzi + sauna free of charge + gym.
Now from the cons:
- this is the Diera district, if anyone does not know, read, there are practically no Russians, only Hindus are Pakistanis because of this subway is crowded at this station after one trip, the desire to ride the subway disappears. Although this hotel was supposed to be only accessible to the metro.
- the beaches are far away, the nearest one is 45 minutes by bus.
- the hotel is shabby old furniture, the cleaning is so-so, there are COCKROACHES!!!!
- there is no balcony, the linen does not dry from the word at all !!!
- there is a pool but there are 6 sun beds there!!! SIX DAMN IT!!! For the whole hotel 😂
- the hotel is located on the highway, there is no place to go next to the hotel!
- nearby there are only more or less cheap shops with products.
A standard hotel for tourists for one day, the hotel is no longer new and the price is also too high, the main contingent is Indians and African-Americans, the restaurant also has Indian food and a little European, on weekends the restaurant is chic and makes a more refined table for guests probably with the last money. The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, there is a surprise faucet in the bathroom... figure out how to turn on the water and set it up. The hotel is for one day to the nearest shops 3-5 minutes by taxi, 15-20 minutes on foot, but in the heat it is extreme, there is a swimming pool on the 4th floor
It was a great hotel! My wife and I spent our honeymoon here. The staff was very attentive to us. Cleaning was carried out every day, and the food was delicious and varied. I will definitely come here again!
I didn't really like the hotel, the place and the food. The pool is a separate story, there are practically no sun beds, it is small in itself, there are always a lot of people.I wouldn't want to come here anymore.
Pros - clean swimming pool and sauna until 21.00 and right next to a cozy cafe.
Cleanliness in the room, tea station, refrigerator, safe, iron.
Good breakfasts, free luggage storage.
10 minutes walk to the metro and shops.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons - pillows in the room, lack of dryers, swimsuits were dried on the pool.
The men's sauna was turned off all the time.
If it were possible to put 0, then I would put a score of 0! It seems to be a five-star hotel, but in fact 0 stars.
1) Check-in. We waited a very long time for the whole company to be served *...*, there were two people at the reception who did not offer to check us in quickly and did not even call anyone to check us in (we are 2 people). They just pretended that we weren't there, even though we were standing at the reception. As a result, one administrator, seeing us, just left. As a result, after about 25 minutes, another administrator came and settled us in.
2) Rooms. It is very, very, very dirty, the smell of urine, the windows do not open, it is impossible to ventilate, there are traces of mold on the walls, all the furniture is dirty and dirty, they usually walked with a napkin on the table and it turned black. The room is very humid, not a single thing has dried out. I washed the swimsuit after the sea, as a result, it was just wet all the days. I had to blow dry it. By the way, the hair dryer is in the room, not in the bathroom, and is tied to the table, i.e. to dry your hair you had to lean towards the table.
The door to the toilet is like a slider, plus we didn't lock it.
3) Location. Yes, this is a hotel in Deira, not in the best area of Dubai, but Deira may be normal, but this particular hotel is located in the worst place in Deira, by the highway, everything is dirty nearby, etc.
4) The price. If this hotel was not so expensive, you could close your eyes to some shortcomings. But the price of this hotel is not small at all, considering that it is Deira :) For Russian money, 10 days cost us 120 thousand. Although in fact the price of this hotel is 30 thousand
6) It rained a little, I was forbidden to swim in the pool, they said that it was impossible when it was drizzling :)
7) There was a cockroach running in the gym
5) Of the advantages, there is a metro nearby, the breakfasts are not bad, that's all
It is better to book a hotel, let's say in the neighborhood, Barsha Heights, the prices are not so expensive, but everything is beautiful and there are hotels cheaper than this one but much better.
There are a lot of advantages) good rooms, delicious food. A fairly new hotel. The pool is not very large, but it has a sauna.

I stayed at this hotel twice on a business trip. The rooms are good, the staff is excellent. Close to the subway. It takes 40 minutes to get to the center by taxi in traffic jams. When I was there for the first time, I didn't like lunch/dinner. The whole kitchen is for Indians. And the second time, on the contrary, it was great. A huge variety of dishes
, different cuisines are presented . Insanely tasty and rich!
Not a bad hotel, but the room was dirty. The staff generally responded to requests. They asked for another room, and we were moved the next day. The choice of food is sufficient. Overall, I liked it. We may come again.
Very old rooms, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 3 days a week, even if you have "all inclusive" - you will eat in the room, choosing from several dishes.
The reception does not deceive and only Alie👍🏻 is friendly, the rest of the staff is 2/5.
I don't advise anyone!
The hotel is not located in a completely tourist area, it is an industrial zone where migrants mainly live, so there is no mention of all the beauty and luxury of Dubai here, I do not recommend this hotel
Unsanitary conditions, cockroaches in the food in the kitchen. If you like to eat live insects, then this is the place for you. To me, this is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.
The hotel itself is excellent, except for the daredy district of Deira and a large number of Chinese, Indians, Negroes, etc. in the hotel.
Whites are probably only 1%.
And so, it fully justifies its 5 stars!
A wonderful place I was there with my family, the hotel is beautiful and there is a large pool at the top, I advise you, but it's expensive, although it's Dubai...
Sharpened on Indian tourists. Staff is not particularly diligent. The pool is nice and spacious. Near the Salah al Din metro station.I won't settle there a second time
