It's just an amazing hotel. The ideal location is a quiet, peaceful area, by the sea. The hotel has access to the embankment, the views from which to the sunset are beyond words. An ideal place for jogging, cycling or just reading. Clean, well maintained. The hotel itself has stunning indoor and outdoor pools. They are cleaned daily and efficiently. The rooms are perfectly clean. Everything is new or in good condition. Very good sound insulation. The neighbors are not heard from the word "at all". Even the planes flying directly over the hotel are barely audible. The breakfasts are very tasty and with a large selection. It takes 25 minutes by metro to the center. There is a large shopping center nearby where you can exchange currency, go shopping or have a delicious meal. There is also a stunning aquarium in the next building. The hotel is exactly 5 stars. I recommend it to everyone. Next time, definitely here.

I really liked the pool, there is an indoor one, there is an outdoor one, they will meet you, guide you, give you a towel, pick up a sunbed. Nice room, clean, replenish the mini bar (but it's cheaper to order a room service).
Of the cons: in no case do not eat in the hotel restaurant, it is very tasteless and expensive. There is a shopping center nearby, there is an Italian restaurant much better.

In principle, the room, amenities, service, staff - everything is 5 stars. The room is large, beautiful, and comfortable. Beautiful view of the sea. Clean, beautiful, a fruit plate as a compliment, a well-filled mini-bar (there are even condoms))), daily water bottles, spa, swimming pool. Near a large shopping center, a beautiful park, a promenade.
Of the cons. You will not be in silence for a second! Screams and music from a nearby park from morning until late at night, planes fly right in front of the balcony (although it didn't bother us), there is always a wedding on weekends - I jumped on the bed until 2 a.m., then it became quieter. There is nothing in the area except the shopping center - no supermarkets, no normal restaurants.
The biggest entertainment is the balcony door. Not only does it weigh a ton, but it also broke down every day. The beauty of a 5-star hotel is that craftsmen were sent to us at any time of the day. The Master repaired the door at night, and in the morning it broke down again. Do I need it for $200 per day??? Underground parking is free. The ground fee is 100 liras per day and you need to give the car keys. It is not clear why, because the Parking lot is large and standing cars do not bother anyone. They chose the underground one. But there is one thing - you need to go down there by elevator, but to get to the elevator, you need to overcome a rather steep staircase. It's inconvenient with luggage, to put it mildly.
The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, it is far and inconvenient to get to Istanbul (this is if anyone needs attractions). So, if you are a tourist, then you definitely are not here

We are staying now in room 2402, it's disgusting, the room does not correspond to its category of "big bed", just a standard room and instead of an armchair a sofa, I know my friend is in standard 2102 now. There is a disgusting smell of sewage in the bathroom, there is a wedding in the restaurant on the 4th floor and the closed balcony door does not protect you from loud music in any way, in any way at all? It's like she's not there. They came up to the reception and asked us to move to which they heard that only tomorrow morning there are no places now, the usual song in Turkish hotels. Well, the request to solve the issue with the sewer system - a guy came and sprayed with a spray saying that after 5 minutes there would be no smell. But alas, both the smell and the wedding at 00:15 are still going on. I called the reception repeatedly with indignation that there was no way to sleep, they lied to me every time until 23:00, then until 23:30, and finally until 00:00. And this is because tomorrow is my birthday, I have repeatedly mentioned this, that such accommodation spoils the whole vacation and holiday, to which there was no reaction. I'm still in the room where you can hear the noise and stink of sewage. Disgusting service, I regretted that I chose it, it is definitely not worth my money, the photos on the site clearly embellish the real condition of the pool and rooms. "A room with windows to the garden" meant a view of a concrete wall wrapped in ivy with a gas pipe out and the noise of industrial air conditioners nearby."

This is our personal opinion, I will make a reservation right away. Without arguments and discussion.
1. The hotel rents out a wedding venue. No one is against it, we are all happy for the young ones. But not until midnight to listen to the roar of music?!
2. The hotel is non-smoking. Why were guests allowed to smoke in the spa area in the presence of children?
3. Every night we listened (excluding the wedding disco) to the games of small children, playing the violin/viola/cello!! I'm sorry, but at three in the morning I couldn't determine the instrument more precisely.))
4. The hotel is not in the tourist area. Accordingly, there are no "international" places to eat around, in principle, only Turks live around.

We chose the hotel in order to spend one day at sea in September Istanbul.
In principle, they did not regret it. A beautiful, spacious, interestingly multilevel, modern hotel with a fairly large swimming pool.
Very good breakfasts: varied and, most importantly, delicious. Omelets are made superbly, very tasty salmon and small pancakes. And it's also great to walk here - you go out of the gate to the sea - there's a long promenade in front of you. Here you can ride a bike or walk from morning to late evening. An aquarium and a large shopping center are nearby (expensive). Our room was large and comfortable: beautiful beds and a large bathroom.
From the nuances: there is no such hotel here and there is no competition - the staff is not distinguished by hospitality and speed. They registered us for 25 minutes, they wanted to withdraw a couple thousand more money, but we noticed it in time. But 20 minutes before departure, they were tired of coming in and checking if the drinks from the bar were in place and asking: when are we already? The pool is icy at the end of September (no more than 20 degrees) - much colder than the sea. Heating wouldn't hurt at all. We wanted to swim in the indoor indoor pool with hammams - closed. And no one explains why. It's strange...
we were traveling here from Istanbul for a day with the hope of swimming in the sea. As a result, when we reached the paid Floria beach (15-20 minutes on foot), it was stupidly closed with all locks (why is unclear - it's 25 degrees outside, the water is 22-23). We found a beach on the other side of the hotel - sandy, with a clean calm sea (also 15 minutes walk). Only Russians swim and sunbathe.
There is also a rather curious moment - planes landing directly overhead - there is an airport nearby. It didn't bother us, but it was very entertaining.

The beautiful embankment, leaving the hotel, came in only in the evening. Morning jogging is a separate kind of pleasure for her. Parks in all directions, lots of restaurants.
Large shopping center, convenient. We didn't reach the aquarium, next time we will.
The spa did not understand a little, a very small sauna, there was not enough steam room, the working time would also be at least until 23, we did not have time to go to the pool in the evening. They ask for caps for the pool, do not buy, a shower cap is enough.
In general, it is very comfortable, after the noisy Istanbul, what you need.

We were cheated by 450 euros, the money was returned after the showdown, but the sediment remained. They also gave a double room for four, they said that they would help with a cot, although we had a room with a sofa and a bed booked. Secondly, in the description of the hotel it was said that there is a beach, in fact there is no beach, at the counter they say look for yourself in the navigator. Supposedly they have a beach, but they don't clean it, so they don't tie it to themselves. Thirdly, the hamam is in poor condition, the whole Mosaic falls off, so that hot steam goes, you need to take a shower and pour ice water on the sensor. Fourth, the pool gave disposable caps, but did not say that it was paid, as a result they turned out to be expensive. The breakfast is very tasty, there are no complaints. The room is cleaned, no complaints. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl for all her help.
