I liked the hotel, the rooms are good. The breakfasts are decent. The most important thing is the location - the historical center, the metro is about 7 minutes away, the tram is right nearby, the main attractions are within walking distance. The hotel consists of 4 buildings, the buildings are about 100 years old, which gives it a certain charm. There were no problems with the hotel. We had a very good price for this hotel
We are staying at this hotel for the second time. The hotel is cool, of course there are minor drawbacks, but these are all small things. Very good, varied breakfasts, delicious. There are all the necessary accessories in the room (dental kit, slippers, bathrobes, etc.). A rich mini-bar. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside! I'll stay at this hotel again next time. I recommend it!👍
The hotel is beautiful, big, the breakfasts are gorgeous and delicious! The location is great! I walked to the Sultan Suleiman Mosque. Clean, the service is excellent! The staff is friendly, despite the ignorance of the language, communication through a translator has not been canceled))))
The hotel is super. The location is very convenient. The rooms are small but tidy. The service is excellent. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The staff is caring. Clear. There is a spa (hammam, sauna, steam room, swimming pool) for free. Everyone is advised.
A good chain hotel with a predictable interior and service in the historical center. Great location, as always, excellent breakfasts and very helpful staff. A little tired, but that's offset by the benefits.
One of the best hotels in Istanbul. The negative reviews are surprising. Apparently, the guests do not know English, as communication with the staff was excellent. Any issue was resolved in a moment.
The rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is quite ordinary. The hotel is located within walking distance from the main attractions.
Beautiful view of the mosque from the window. You need to be ready for early risers.
Nice hotel in the old town! There is a spa complex, very small, but you can warm up and relax, the staff is attentive, the breakfasts are good! You can safely stop.
Nice hotel in the shopping area. There is a tram line nearby , convenient . The rooms are small, and the sound insulation is average. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. I won't come here a second time. I prefer the European side.
A good hotel, excellent staff, delicious breakfasts, convenient location, near the metro and tram, go to the left and you're on the tram , 3 stops - Sultanahmet and all the sights, 5 stops and the Egyptian bazaar...you go to the right and get into the metro, 2 stops and Galata and Isiklal Street, 3 stops and Taksim Square
Nice hotel with a convenient location. The metro station is 5 minutes away, and the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. The room is cozy, always clean. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The location, the breakfasts, the staff - just a bomb! I recommend it to everyone! Also, the location is excellent, and the transfer from/to the airport is not expensive.
Great hotel, everything is clean, perfect. The breakfasts are simple, but nothing will do, there is a shopping center nearby, a metro stop! Everything is fine!
The hotel is located in the center, close to the main attractions! Not bad rooms with two bathrooms, which is very convenient!Good cuisine, delicious, even ordering in the room, you get a great dish!Of the minuses-the restaurant where breakfast is held is located on the 1st floor, and the rooms rise, right above it!The hum of voices, the movement of people, plates and cutlery, rises into your room and wakes you up at 6.30 am!We slept for 5 hours because of this and at the end of the trip we were absolutely shattered! We will not go to this hotel again!
We stayed at this hotel in the winter, came to see Istanbul on New Year's Eve. It was one of the 3 hotels on that trip. Of the cons:
The sound insulation suffers a lot: we woke up at 6 a.m. from the mosque, the railway and the lively noise of the square under the windows. We were shocked)
On the plus side: it's clean, the staff is very nice and polite, and the location is great.

Overall impression: not bad, but the expectations of the hotel for such a price were not justified (when booking, they were guided, among other things, by photos on Yandex maps).
Positive:
-the hotel is within walking distance of a large number of attractions. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace are within a 15-minute walk.
- good daily cleaning service. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The staff at the reception speaks good English. One girl is in Russian.
Cons:
-the price-quality ratio. The room is smaller than you expect. Not tiny, but small.;
-the hotel occupies half of the building, and the reception - half of the ground floor. To reach it, you need to pass by the shops, which are very, very many around. The feeling that you are in the market does not leave the whole vacation.
As a result, there are no objective complaints, but if I come next time, I'll look for something else.
And a separate tip for those who want to save a little on food. Walk a little behind the hotel to the Vezneciler Metro Station. Directly behind it are university buildings and several streets where almost only students eat. It's literally 2-3 times cheaper there than near the hotel. And the quality of the food does not suffer.
A decent hotel, good breakfasts, the size of the room did not meet expectations, in the photo it seems large, in reality it is tiny. Otherwise, it's good, cleaning every day, the staff is friendly and helpful, the only problem with the Russian language is that communication takes place in English.
The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, coffee, tea, detergents are provided. We had bathrobes and slippers. There are no foreign odors.Cleaning is done on demand. The hotel is very conveniently located - close to transport. We used the spa area 👍
If it were possible to put a more accurate estimate, it would be 4.5.
There were two. For the first time, the hotel exceeded expectations. A wonderful side room, timely cleaning, always filled bottles with funds, delicious breakfast. I was pleased with the staff, the silence, the smooth operation.
A week later, we decided to stay here. Something went wrong. They didn't want to feed us in any way, although lunch/dinner is included in the reservation. We figured it out. They brought over-salted soup, corrected themselves.
They asked to bring a brush with paste - they forgot. But my husband was congratulated on his birthday with a cake.
The hotel itself is located in the old town, which is convenient for tourists.
In general, compared to other hotels (and reviews), everything is fine and wonderful. But not stable)
Lived in September 2023. The standard room turned out to be very small, several black hairs were found on the towel, very unpleasant. The kettle didn't work, and neither did the lamp above the bed.
Cleaning was done every day, Kemal is very diligent and polite, thanks to him.
Good location, near metro and tram stop.
But the most unpleasant thing turned out to be that they tried to deceive us when paying for a transfer from the airport. Upon arrival, they took 150 euros, and then, by chance, it turned out that the transfer costs half as much! The girl at the reception got out, saying that they immediately took payment for the return transfer, although we did not order it😄
Next time, for this price, we will choose another hotel
A hotel in the heart of Istanbul! All the main attractions are nearby! Lovely polite staff! Great cuisine! Pleasant atmosphere!

Nice hotel in the city center. It is convenient to get to all the attractions. Great breakfasts! Cleaning is above all praise. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Currently, a number of roads are being repaired. It can be noisy at night.
I paid for the hotel and only then saw the reviews on Yandex.. I was very upset. Arriving here, I was pleasantly surprised) I do not understand why such a low rating. We were well received, the room is beautiful. Everything is working properly, there is an iron and an ironing board. Cleaning every day. Massage at the spa at an affordable price. The hammam and pool are free of charge. The location is great. Currency exchange is the most profitable around the hotel. And in general, the hotel inside is very nice. Live music in the evenings.
The objective opinion is probably that the hotel should have a maximum of 4 stars... that's how much I put to him ...
I'll only say the cons in my opinion, the rest means write to the pros automatically:
1. They don't speak Russian there, the hotel is designed for Japanese and Chinese (judging by the flags at the entrance)
2. The rooms are tired... I saw 3 rooms, as I had to move, if you are offered a room on the 4th floor with a small surcharge, but you can smoke there, do not take it, the windows are on the floor, it blows from them, and if you buy it, you can not smoke for a long time, because the high ceilings and windows in the floor are not ventilated at all.
The rest in general was quite good, the main thing is not to say which hotel you live in, the price immediately becomes x2.
I booked this hotel on Yandex Travel, but when I arrived, I was disappointed. The photos do not correspond to reality. In reality, this is an old shabby hotel, which is located on the wholesale market. Therefore, I immediately moved out and left, having lost a considerable amount
Well, this is a complete bottom, I've never left a review anywhere in my life, but I couldn't stand it anymore, let people know. The hotel is terrible, the hair dryer and air conditioning do not work in the room, the shower is broken, the cleaning is terrible. For the first 3 days there was no mini-bar in the room, when I took the deposit at check-out, they proved that I took $ 50 from the mini-bar, although I didn't even touch anything there. Also, they could not bring an iron and scales for 2 days, they reminded me 5 times a day, on the third day they brought it. The hotel itself is falling apart, it rained a little one day, the entire hotel lobby, reception and restaurant were flooded with water, towels were lying everywhere so that they absorbed moisture, the roof is leaking. If it were possible, I would put 0 out of 5.
An old hotel and that says it all. There is a mosque nearby, you will wake up at five in the morning, even if you did not plan to. The walls are cardboard, you can hear everything, even if you sleep soundly,
I couldn't sit on the sofa in the room. Scary. And dirty.
A large hotel in the old town. Location is its main positive characteristic. The common areas and rooms need to be updated. The service is five stars short.
As many people write, this is really the bottom.
The rooms are all smoky, there is cheap carpet on the floor. The towels are all stained.
Well, it's not even worth talking about any 5 stars.
