The hotel is good, personal is friendly. The location is good. Breakfast is simple but it’s worth of just to drink a coffee with the Bosphorus view. BUT be aware the Italian restaurant of the hotel doesn’t accept children. They don’t warn you while making reservation. The guy who was the manager was in fact impolite. The food was average.

Nice place, comfortable beds. But the air conditioning system lives its own life. The maids don't overwork much, they don't restock, but they bring everything on demand.

A beautiful area of Istanbul, which can be reached by water transport 20 minutes from Galata port. A new IHG global hotel, excellent service. Management and employees solve all the issues that arise very quickly and professionally. I recommend
