Good afternoon. For two years, I dry-cleaned the entire family's wardrobe in Crystal, paid about 100,000 tenge a month with a good discount. We liked the way our clothes looked after the dry cleaning. But in recent years, for some reason, the quality has deteriorated, stains remain, I no longer like how things are ironed, the attitude of the staff has changed. This morning, 07/19/2024, I brought a white thing, where there were two rust stains (from the last dry cleaning, but only noticed yesterday), they seemed to agree to clean it first, but when I saw the old tag, I refused to take it away. I had to pick up other things from this dry cleaner (which I handed over earlier).
I want to draw the attention of the owner of the dry cleaner, something has changed with you. Aina took the same white thing to Hichista, and these stains were removed within 5 minutes.
I wish the Crystal staff to change their attitude towards the client.

Очень классная химчистка. Пользуюсь её услугами более 10 лет. Сдаю на чистку почти весь свой гардероб - качество чистку всегда устраивает! Костюмы мужа хорошо почищены и отлажены. Появилась услуга озонирования вещей, очень полезная услуга для спортивной одежды сына! Так ,что вся семья очень довольна! Рекомендую всем!
