Excellent karaoke, VIP rooms with a good hood. The sound quality as far as I can tell (considering that I absolutely cannot sing) is excellent! The service is polite and attentive.

I can't say anything good since it was the only time in January, and unfortunately it became a vivid example of how the staff spoiled someone's work with their attitude to the guests, there was a conflict that could not have flared up if the administrator or the manager of the hall had taken action and not been observers of how it flared up. The drunk person is probably not the first time there, vividly expressed dissatisfaction with our presence, we do not know the reason, we only joined our knees, 30 minutes later they brought food and after ignoring her behavior, she defiantly throws a napkin into the soup of my colleague in front of everyone, the admin seeing everything stood two meters away when I asked this girl to come up to not to attract the attention of the general, she is even more rude. naturally, a small fight happened after which the guard picked me up and took me out of the institution, they put a ban on me without even allowing me to take the jackets normally, and the Guards meanwhile stand with this guest and discuss with laughter on their face.... here is my 40-minute visit to this institution. My friends and girlfriends shared a lot of good things about him upon arrival in Almaty, I even planned to meet a woman who probably hardly achieved such recommendations, I know this process firsthand, I wish Her to stop this bacterium that poisons the body she built!!!
