There are a lot of vacationers in the hotel, a lot of things were completed later, including the water park, but the territory is not designed for such a number of people. Despite the efforts of the managers, the service staff does not strain much and does not do much the first time, but they are generally friendly. In general, it's not 5* at all. But if you are not very picky and want to have a budget vacation, then it is tolerable.
