We were at the hotel from October 5 to October 12, 2024. Advantages of the hotel: excellent location; close to the airport; close to many markets, shops, non-government shopping centers, restaurants, LC Waikiki store; currency exchange and ATMs at every turn. For those who like to take a walk after dinner, this is a great place. As for the hotel, you can find both cons and pros here, depending on who is pursuing what goal. If you come to relax and have fun, then you do not pay attention to the disadvantages, and if you come with a negative, then every little thing will cause outrage. The hotel is excellent in terms of energy. If you compare it with previous years, then of course it has changed. Somewhere for the better, somewhere for the worse. But this is for the picky ones. We didn't bother with the disadvantages. As for room cleaning, this is a 3-point service, the floors are not washed but vacuumed. The TV shows 4 Russian channels from 59 to 62. Care cosmetics are all there, packages in an improved form than last year, shower gel, body lotion,shampoo, hair conditioner are all there, lumpy hand soap, a set of toothbrush and paste, a shaving machine and shaving cream, a washcloth, bathrobes, slippers. The mini bar is replenished every day, beer, mineral water, lemonade, cola, sprite, tea. As for the restaurant, the food has changed, there is less variety, but there is enough for the not whimsical, of course it will not suit for quibbles. The only thing that is noticeable is that the pastry chef has changed, there are no cakes, biscuits, everyone's favorite three milks and all sorts of fun things like chocolate-covered strawberries or handmade chocolate with nuts that were last year. Basically everything is jelly, all cakes with jelly and jelly rotten. Let's just say the pastry is completely in the red. And there is no red fish at all. Not fried, not salted. Last year it was a wave, and there were a lot of products, but this year there are none. Fruits are plentiful, vegetables too. Of meat, only chicken, turkey and sometimes veal. Once there was a language and it was something not likely. They've never eaten better. You can write a lot, you can't count all the pros and cons. But the only thing that's really noticeable is that the pastry chef is really bad. I made an adjustment, after writing a review, a three milk cake appeared two days in a row. Thanks for that too:)
On the last day before departure there was a beer festival, they decorated the territory behind the children's water park, prepared food for beer on the grill (cradle, fish, baked ducks, quails, wings, legs and all sorts of stuff). It was a great holiday. All the disadvantages are forgotten.

An amazing hotel!!! We came for 8 days on vacation with a child! Many thanks to all the staff! The food is great, the beaches, bars, services - everything is great! Claims can only be made to guests who have not been taught to read in 4 languages, that food and drinks cannot be brought to the room) otherwise, everyone is trying! The rest was a success! I recommend this hotel to everyone. Most of all, I liked the genuine desire of the restaurant staff to please the guest, they are really happy when you feel good. A good hotel with a convenient location close to shopping centers and souvenir shops. You can just go out in the evening and take a walk for souvenirs, or take a bus to the old town and shopping centers. The MALL of Antalya is 30-40 minutes away. Of course, there are more pompous and expensive options nearby. But if you need a decent room, quality food, a good sandy beach with a gentle entrance, a fairly large water park, a real Turkish hammam and a Finnish sauna with a swimming pool, cool live music in the evenings and you do not want to overpay for gilded interiors, then you are here. By the way, I would like to add a few words about evening discos. I was very pleased with the band that performed at the hotel every evening. Very talented guys, they always sang live world hits, both Russian and Turkish. I haven't had enough in 10 days. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed as needed. By the way, with beach towels, it's super -no maps at all. There are beach towels right in the room, you can change them on the way to the beach or just leave them dirty and in the morning take clean ones there without any cards. You can also change towels at the spa. The food is also on the level. We had enough variety and the quality of cooking was also fine. There are many interesting desserts. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is good that the hotel has Russian-speaking administrators who help guests, especially liked the administrator Venera Baiguttueva,- responsive, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, ready to do everything possible for vacationers!. Special thanks to the head of the reception, Hakan - he tries very hard, polite, tactful, qualified, knows languages perfectly and even refuses first aid. We were delighted with this hotel!
Excellent, clean and well-groomed territory, cool pools for any age and height.
There are also 2 water parks, for children and adults.
We were also very satisfied with the food. You will not stay hungry on the territory of the hotel, almost at every step there is a point where you can eat.
Of the minuses, except that WiFi was constantly falling off and probably not too much choice of salads!

The food is delicious. A lot of meat, mostly beef and chicken, all sorts of things for people. There are enough fish. Drinks are excellent, the bar is better in the lobby and on the 1st floor. It's more modest on the beach, but the aperol is excellent. The beer is delicious. The hotel is very decent, the sea is super, the pool is cool - just what you need in the heat. But!!! Room cleaning is very important. They wiped the floors themselves, because it was not comme il faut to spend the night in the village. If you don't bother about this, then everything is good.

A good hotel for a family holiday in terms of price /quality ratio! The animation is excellent, unobtrusive, the show is held in the evening. The children's animation is also great (the children were delighted). The rooms are all renovated, there is everything you need: a slipper, a bathrobe, a minibar, a tea and coffee making set (daily replenishment), gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, everything is there. The cleaning is regular and every day. According to nutrition: there was no meat, fish, seafood, in general, as in any hotel in Turkey, not from the luxury segment. It could be a great hotel, but there are a lot of disadvantages. The rooms after renovation are quite nice, but they forget to replenish the mini-bar. There seems to be a lot of food, but there is no information in Russian and not everything is delicious. The waiters are not suitable at all. If you're thirsty, go get it. If you want coffee, get in line for a normal coffee machine. There are flies crawling over the food in the restaurant. It's a good pastry shop and the staff there are very nice. Excellent Turkish a la carte restaurant, but it is only once in 7 nights. The concept states imported alcohol, but it needs to be searched for. There are few sun beds on the beach, they are full of holes and broken. We arrived a little later, it's not a fact that you will find a place. A good water park, the children are delighted. A super hotel. This is the second time we are spending our vacation at this hotel. The hotel was renovated, the new design of the rooms was pleasantly pleased. If you came to relax, and not to look for disadvantages, then the hotel and the territory are just super! Excellent staff, everything is positive, the food is super - there is a huge selection, animation and show programs at the level, the beach, pool, slides - everything is great. (the only negative is that the room cleaning became a little worse, I had to ask separately to be cleaned, apparently due to the high workload of the hotel).

We were in August 2024. The hotel itself is beautiful, there are sun beds on the beach at any time, and the water park for children is wonderful. But if the view of the sea is a disco until 2 am, and the vibrations are audible even with the windows closed (if you light up at the disco, then fine, but sleep is a question). And why 3 stars: we were spoiled by the whole impression on the first day: check-in was in the evening, when we entered the room, looked and realized that it was for the disabled: lockers without doors, sink low, view from the window as from the basement (what kind of balcony at waist level), I attach a photo below. We tried to change the room and explain that we were paying for a regular one, but we were told that there were no rooms, the girl at the reception offered a room with a sea view, but for an additional fee, we paid, but it turned out that the room would only be tomorrow. We spent the night in Spartan conditions, the next morning we were given a good room, but without apologies, so the question remained: it was done intentionally and we should have given money right away, and if it was an accident, then why didn't we give the best room without money? This is not my first visit to Turkey, but this is the first time such a situation has occurred, for me it is a service level of 3 stars and below, and not the stated 5.

I'll start in order: rooms at the standard hotel (one large bed and a normal sofa)Junior ( 2 rooms are declared , but one is a passageway and the meaning is lost, the beds are the same as in the standard. The bathroom is very decent. Of the disadvantages, the rooms are not cleaned at all. Towels are changed and no more. The food in the main restaurant is very diverse, there is a lot of meat (beef, chicken), both boiled and stewed and grilled. Fish , vegetables , herbs , fruits in the assortment. No one will remain hungry. There is no natural juice, but there are vending machines and the juices in them are very tasty (packaged). A pastry shop with lots of cakes, and not just one! There is a snack bar on site (fries, grilled vegetables and drinks in the assortment), and various tortillas are also baked (delicious with cheese and spinach). There is a bar on the beach!!! with drinks and snacks. The hotel grounds are very clean and well maintained. There is a huge swimming pool (cool) in the entire territory. Its own water park for adults and a separate one for children. The sea and the beach are clean. The staff is friendly, but very few people speak Russian. By the way, in the main restaurant all dishes are signed only in Turkish(((. In the evening there is a children's disco, a show and a disco until 2 am. Therefore, if you choose a room with a gorgeous sea view, be ready to listen to music half the night. The hotel has a SPA - I recommend it! We did peeling and massage. The hammam (very hot steam) , and the sauna is super. There is also a swimming pool in the room.

The food is not bad, there is enough meat, ice cream, fruits, desserts-a lot, but there is trouble with fish. There are no red fish or trout nearby, seafood too, only in the restaurant on the menu, you don't always get there, and I would like to go to the main restaurant, because the concept is expanded. Imported alcohol ended on October 20, they say the season is closing, but we bought the tour at full price, not at a discount! If we compare it with the summer reviews, everything has become much sadder. All in Bistro and Ala kart restaurants will help you.
The animation is only hotel, Miss Center and Karaoke, we haven't seen any invited artists in a week.
A strangely high rating, in my opinion, is not deserved. If I had known that the reviews were so high, I would not have gone. This 5 lost to the German 4 in the Side, both in terms of service and nutrition, even the 1st line does not compensate for the disappointment. By the way, the sun beds on the beach, near the sea, are really occupied with towels, and other visitors do not understand where to settle in. No one is doing anything about it. An excellent children's play complex with slides in the pool is located right by the beach. The only pool is divided into several sectors with different depths. For this money, in 2024, there was nothing on the first line in Lara (not Kundu). Therefore, if it is possible to overpay 100k per week for three, then you can go to Adalia, but again if you are ready. I was with my husband at the hotel from 09/26/24 to 10/9.24. I really liked the hotel. The price-quality ratio of all services is consistent. Reading the negative reviews, I wanted to tell the people who wrote them, you just got stuffed! A hotel in Antalya in the Lara district, new, renovated with excellent rooms (we had a 2-room one) with 2 TVs and 2 refrigerators (replenished daily with free bars). Excellent food and serving, drinks, fruits and wonderful ice cream in unlimited quantities. I'm not talking about the beach at all-it's wide, clean, and the water is amazing. There are always sun beds. Showers, changing rooms. Clean lawns and beautiful greenery. Every evening there are super entertainment programs and then live music or a disco with a bar by the sea. We were very satisfied. This is our 4th visit to Turkey and 15th to other countries. Do not read inflated and ungrateful reviews. For 300 thousand for two people for 14 days with an early arrival (already checked in at 5 a.m.) and a late departure at 19.40. With a clear transfer organization and excellent guides from Anekhtur, I wish everyone such a wonderful holiday!

The food is good, although there is no seafood, but everything else is quite edible. The hotel itself is very dirty, the rooms are practically not cleaned, they complained every day, there was no sense. Linen and towels will be changed, but no one is going to wash the plumbing and floors. There is also a dirty beach, leftovers, cigarette butts and other garbage are lying everywhere. The only plus is a good children's animation, the child went to the kids club with pleasure.
I do not recommend the hotel, we will definitely not come again.

We rested in this hotel in early June. How many trips we take, this is the first time!!!! There were flies and barely swam in the porridge several times, the tables were not cleaned by the staff, although they tried, and this is not yet at the height of the season, the rooms were not always cleaned, I don't say anything about the balcony, the windows are all dirty, the mirrors are also not wiped, the most important minus is that there is no no iron, no board, and no one warned about it, it turns out that they have a paid service and if you need to iron things, you pack them into a bag and give them to them and they only give them to you the next day in the evening. For a few T-shirts, a dress and a shirt, and then mostly for children, we gave away 5,000 rubles at a time. We no longer applied, we went in crumpled clothes!!!! Entering the sea for children is dangerous, immediately deep. It is impossible to stand in the sea, fish bite on their feet, while they bleed, you just have to swim or move your legs, scaring them away from you.
Check-out at 12:00, transfer at 18:00, when asked to give a room for a while in order to wait with the child, and he still had to survive the flight until late at night, they replied that you pay $ 100. Well, I don't care at all.
Crazy dealers in "tents" around the hotels. Tourists feed them, but they snap back, because you go and buy socks from them for 5 euros, and not there for some large amount and openly hate Russians, because they have become tight-fisted, they think, they say, money. We vacationed with a family of 3 people in June 2024.
The hotel looks fresh and well maintained. It is located on a small well-maintained territory.
All the disadvantages at once:
The hotel, as if, is not intended for Russian-speaking tourists at all.
The staff does not understand Russian, it seems that everyone is new. Everyone is working at their own measured pace, there is a feeling that the staff is staffed by 60-70 percent of what is needed. Be prepared for a long wait in the restaurant and bar.
Menu - there is no Russian menu, only English and Turkish.

The worst hotel I've been to in years.
- Terrible food, with a standard variety in quantity, almost everything is tasteless. Even fruits are either wooden or semi-rotten. This is definitely not a 5 star level. The employees of the "dining room" (there is no other way to call it) are at least, the tables are not served, they just do not have time.
- a small area, almost in one line of the path to the sea, a minimum of greenery.
- the spa complex is one name, there are two plastic chairs in the locker room, there is not even a place to change clothes. Is it 5 stars?!
- The beach is crowded, the sun beds are close to each other (this is a consequence of the small coastline) at the hotel. The cabana we had booked was attacked by some local Turks who did not speak English, and they were barely kicked out.
- First, they gave us a room without a view, where the generator was humming and the highway was noisy half the night, and in the morning at 6 o'clock we were woken up by a real rooster living on a private territory near the hotel (across the street). After complaining and showing a desire to move out of this disgrace, they gave a room on the sea (the view is good, no questions asked).
- Every evening until 1 a.m., the DJ near the beach puts on the most ear-splitting music in the style of a rave party. It is very surprising, considering that the hotel positions itself as a family hotel. At 12 a.m. I decided to go see these sausage lovers. What did I see? A DJ who plays for one! a drunken tourist falling asleep over a table. I was impressed.
- Trying to find advantages everywhere, I can mention my own pastry shop, where they make delicious cheesecakes and a nice girl worked. That's where the advantages end.

We rested together with a child of 4 years old. The hotel has everything you need for children's leisure: water park, children's amphitheater, children's game club. The animators at the children's game club speak different languages, which is very convenient. Girls are always happy to have children, responsive, pleasant, every day a new program, different Activities, always help the kids.

Just returned from vacation, I'm writing a review on fresh tracks.
Positive:
1. A good territory, not huge, but it is quite enough. There is not much greenery, but when we were there, bushes with flowers were planted along the beach line. They are trying, gardening, working on it.
2. There is a Dino water park, + separate slides in the pool, the pool is large, and there is also an indoor pool with warm water and saunas.
3. The hotel is after renovation. Everything is fresh and everything is being monitored. I consider the reviews from 2022 irrelevant, there is no point in focusing on them.
4. There are enough places by the pools and the sea, we did not occupy anything in advance.
5. Fruits have always been: green red apples, pears, bananas, murshmula, kiwi, oranges, grapefruits.
A couple of times strawberries, nectarines.
6. From drinks: orange juice is not freshly squeezed, draft and bottled beer (Miller, efes, bud, etc.), white and red wine, champagne, ayran, various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, whatever coffee you want, tea is also different, it is possible in bags, in a teapot, ordinary black. There is strong alcohol in the lobby bar photo attached. You can drink a shot, you can mix something to your taste or to the taste of the bartender. In general, as your heart desires.
7. The refrigerator in the room was replenished daily. The child was pleased with the drinks in tin cans. Cola, Fanta, sprite, various cold teas. They can also be taken from the bar on the 1st floor.
8. Very friendly staff. Russian Russian is understood worse than English ) therefore, you can immediately speak Russian without trying to explain something in English.
9. There are a lot of different cafes on the territory. Ice cream is delicious of many kinds in the cafe by the beach. On the 1st floor there is a cafe with desserts, there is also ice cream and there are even more types. There is an a la carte night restaurant. We've been a couple of times when we skipped dinner at the hotel. It's delicious, there's strong alcohol.
On the pier there is beer, ayran, water, cocktails, champagne, snacks in the form of nuts and some other crunches.
10. There are no complaints about food at all, there is a lot of it here and for every taste. There was fish every day, different meat, lots of vegetables, salads, two types of soup always. There was sushi once. It takes a long time to describe, they never left hungry.
11. There are many foreigners, from completely different countries. There are also a lot of Russians.
12. Good location of the hotel. There are all kinds of markets, shops, pharmacies nearby. It is necessary and possible to bargain everywhere. There is also a bus stop nearby, we took the 511 bus to the Mall of Antalya, there is also a Deepo store. It seems like there is still a minibus 07 in the Mall, but we did not see it. Back by taxi for $15. On the bus, payment is made only by bank card or travel card, you cannot pay in cash. I don't remember the exact price, something around $ 1.
13. WiFi catches on the entire territory except the Pier.
14. There is a children's club with its own territory, a tennis court, beach volleyball, shooting range, darts, table tennis, gym, billiards (for an additional fee). During the day, various activities take place on the territory, in the evening there is a concert, a disco. The disco is boring, no one is dancing, well, or we were so unlucky.
15. There are plenty of toilets throughout the territory, no need to rush to the other end of the hotel with a child. There is a toilet in any direction, always clean and tidy.
16. Towels without cards. You can take it and change it as many times as you want.
17. There is a photographer on site, he takes pictures for free, then you can buy your favorite photos.
There are shops with necessary things, but with a margin. Outside the hotel, within walking distance, it's all much cheaper.
18. We were given a room with a sea view, although we did not ask for it and did not pay separately. Special thanks for that, it's a pleasure.
We extended the room without any problems. We were picked up from the hotel at 16:30. They charged $60 for the extension. But again, the hotel is not fully populated and so far all these possibilities are there. It's probably much more difficult in the season.
The room itself is fresh, brand new. A large comfortable bed,4 pillows (of medium hardness and height), a sofa, a balcony with a table and chairs, a clothes dryer.
The room has all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, shampoos, gels, balms, lotions, toothbrushes, soap, paste, slippers, nail file, thread with a needle, etc.
We lived on the 4th floor.
29. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport, the hotel is among the first to be delivered.
Minuses:
1. Porridge for breakfast, the desire to take it has never arisen, although I love porridge very much. It doesn't look very good, it looks like milk was poured into oatmeal or rice and that's it.
2. Cleaning the room. Sometimes they forgot to put clean towels, although dirty ones were taken away. They didn't put water on for a couple of days. Once they didn't do any cleaning at all, although they cleaned up the next room. Tips do not affect the quality of cleaning in any way, it has been checked.
3. There are many other hotels nearby, respectively, the music of evening programs comes from all directions. It didn't bother us in any way, it was usually quiet around 01:00.
Ps:
We were from 28.04 to 04.05. We were very lucky with the weather, the sun was mild, there was no wind, the water was beautiful. Everyone swam in the sea and in the pool. In the early days, there were very few guests in the hotel, about 30%, because of this, there was not much food in the main restaurant, there was no children's table at all, steamed food without spices, etc. At the same time, you can always eat without worrying. Every day people arrived, the variety of food became more and more, a children's zone was opened. By the end of our stay, all the tables with food were filled. Apparently we got to the very beginning of the season . This did not upset us in any way, but it was interesting to watch how the hotel comes to life after the winter period and tourist life gradually begins to boil in it.
With the union pay card, it was possible to pay only at a pharmacy near the hotel and in Antalya Mall, it did not work anywhere else, even in Migros.
I want to say that the hotel fully met expectations. The price and quality correspond. We had been to Turkey a couple of times before, but in higher-level hotels. When we were driving, we were preparing for everything. But we were pleasantly surprised.
I can definitely recommend this hotel. He is very sincere, even if he looks simple.
