It's a very beautiful place. There are mountains and a river all around. It's cool, it's even cold at night. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, 3 meals a day. The food is delicious. The rooms have a bathroom, refrigerator, TV and even wi-fi. It was my first time, I really liked it.

Do not settle into rooms, the condition is so-so, like in a barrack, everything is dead, the beds are uncomfortable, Wi-Fi does not catch, an ancient TV with non-working channels. There is never any administration in the block at the reception. No one warned about the working hours of the indoor pool and the fact that it is separate, there is an unpleasant smell in the locker room of the pool. The kitchen is not bad, but there is no way to order anything more. There is 1 store on the territory, there are no cigarettes and alcohol in it. Do not settle into shorter rooms, overpay for the cottage.

We went to the suite. The bathroom had the smell of an unwashed public toilet, the carpets and sofa in the rooms were uncleaned, they had long black hair that stuck to their legs and clothes, the furniture was shabby, the mattresses in the bedroom with iron sticking out on the sides. In the outdoor pool, the water is cloudy, with floating tadpoles. The dining room is clean and beautiful enough, but the food was good for a day, bad for a day. The staff is polite. But for that kind of money, I would like a better service. The territory is beautiful, but this is the merit of TAPOiCH.

Most of all, I liked the dining room (food) a lot, tasty, varied. I liked that there is a massage. The rooms are so-so, for 4. But the pool!!!!!! I was here 7 years ago, apparently it was just built, everything was fine, but this year... In such a terrible condition, the tile fell off all over, smeared with paint... There is nowhere to swim except the pool, it would be possible to repair it!. Unfortunately, you will lose all your customers in this way... and yet, there was not enough shop near the pool area, there is nowhere to buy elementary water.

A great place to relax, fresh air, comfortable accommodation, non-intrusive service, rooms like in hotels, give out bath towels, shower gels, toilet paper and everything is available, clean and comfortable. The prices are moderate, the nature around is gorgeous, the pine trees are high, the river is stormy. I am happy to relax in Ugam, the former Crystal.

The room service is disgusting, when checking into the rooms there was dirt in the sink after cleaning, towels were never changed, only garbage removal every other day! The food was constantly over-salted and the first two days were self-service, the food was waited for 40 minutes, then they themselves were already queuing for food! The pool on the first day was generally with frogs, the staff and the recreation area itself are not designed for tourists, it's hard to find Russian-speaking staff, well, except for the reception, there was a person who understood us and settled in the rooms!
