Yes, the room stock and the hotel itself are tired, you can not argue here, and there are many shortcomings that can be solved without problems, something to glue, wash somewhere, etc., it also makes sense to talk about large-scale problems. We arrived at the end of the season and we must take into account that the hotel plowed with 100% occupancy for six months. Of course, room cleaning is lame, but again, if there are questions and complaints, it makes sense to voice them here, go to the reception, all my requests, I repeat, are requests, not arrivals and demands, as many employees like to satisfy without problems, forgot to clean, the maid immediately arrived at 8 pm with cleaning, the shampoo ran out, exactly 10 minutes later there were 4 bottles in the room, I wanted to change the bed linen, but with a delay of 1 day, but it was replaced, upon arrival we were settled in some very bad economy room, but we were very tired, asked questions in the morning, without any problems the administrator moved us, apologized. About the staff who does not like Russian and other nonsense, do not listen to anyone, just do not be pompous and dissatisfied with everything, the guys are all super, everyone, despite unreal fatigue, tries their best, very friendly, smiling and will always fulfill any request. I repeat with a simpler face and a smile and you will be happy. As for the food, everything is fine, but there are no crabs, lobsters and other things, well, to be honest, it's stupid to count on it in a budget package, there are a lot of fish, fruits, vegetables just in abundance, sweets, pastries, grill and so on, we just ate and tasted everything from the bottom of our hearts. Ala kart is excellent, the fish restaurant is above all praise, Italian does not need to impose super demands on it, you are not in Italy, everything is quite tasty. The beach and the sea are above all praise. And yes, I want to answer the authors of previous reviews about old sun beds and other discontent, instead of lying and looking for cons, we would walk along the coastline and see how people live, so my husband and I walked to the Titanic to the right and Cayo Palazzo to the left, completely plus or minus the same sun beds everywhere, yes there are more pretentious gazebos at the sea, but they are clearly for an additional fee. The territory of the hotel is green, many pines, well-groomed, of course there are disadvantages, but where without them, everyone is sure to have houses too. And even before pouring out negativity, and the easiest way to do this is to offer options in this price category hotels with such a service sector, a variety of food, etc. or you just say how bad everything is, but you do not offer alternatives, we managed to get into the territory of the Titanic while walking, of course there is a completely different level, it's just unrealistically cool, well, the price tag is 3 times higher, everyone is unhappy with the bike, but I think hardly anyone will pull it off. You need to come on vacation with a good mood, a desire to get positive emotions and just relax, and not sit and look for cons with a dissatisfied face. There will always be disadvantages, I studied the reviews of Rixos, Titanic and other Top hotels in Belek, even there they are. Have a nice rest and a good time for everyone. Well, the hotel management of course needs to pay attention to these disadvantages and try to work them out during the off-season.

In general, I liked it. There is plenty of food, but monotonous (maybe this is just my opinion). But not for the sake of grub)) rest for, as they say. Ice cream, tortillas, bars, coffee, burgers - all during the day. A separate cafe with all sorts of sweets is a temptation))
Kids club.... Not bad. Animators or whatever they are are about nothing at all except the local lighter. The rest (citizens of Kazakhstan) just proudly walk around the hotel. Children without parents have nothing to do in a mini club.
Aqua aerobics - 5+. Everyone is attracted to Mr. CHARISMA EMRA.
On the beach, as everywhere, sun beds and umbrellas in a row - at 8-9 o'clock everything is occupied with towels) and this is now not only Russian fun)

That's the end of our vacation in this wonderful hotel, consisting of two adults and two children (7 and 1.9 years old)from 10.06 to 20.06.the journey from the airport by individual transfer took 30 minutes. Upon arrival, they asked for a quieter room, we were settled on the 5th floor with a view of the forest, which we were happy about the whole vacation. The food in the hotel is delicious, the choice is always great, but every day is monotonous, it did not bother us, we ate different things every day. There are dishes for kids, dietary ones. Always fresh fruits, we found sweet peaches and cherries. The beach is sandy, clean, with a good entrance for kids. The hotel is an old building, repair is required in some places, but everything is clean and everything worked properly. Evening entertainment is more for the very little ones, mini disco.for older children, slides, ice cream almost all day, table tennis. From 22.00 live music, with dancing.Delicious kutabs and waffles on the beach after lunch.
Of the minuses, these are busy sunbeds already in the morning, on which no one appears, but these questions are more likely to the vacationers themselves.

Great hotel!
Everything is ultra-connected!
There is a lot of food, booze too - there is nowhere to spend money if you don't really want to (spa, for example).
The beach is great, wide.
Evening entertainment is varied, there were no repeats for 10 days, and shows and night festivities!
I recommend it, but if it's the summer season it's sooo expensive. In May, it's just right!
Of the minuses, everything is typical: not very friendly staff in restaurants, the cleanliness of the rooms is not ideal (for perfectionists), but in general, if you have a good rest, you will not notice it.

The first time I was in an all inclusive hotel, a good (for my money) hotel, not just super new.
The room is clean, the bar was cleaned and replenished perfectly.
The food is probably common for such hotels, there is a large selection of everything. I liked what I ate myself. The local Efes beer, like water, can be drunk indefinitely and the effect will be minimal.
Strong alcohol, not imported, also local, of medium quality (if you want better, choose a higher class hotel). There were some animations and entertainment, but "they're so thin," if you're young and you want to hang out, it's going to be a little boring.
Basically a family hotel, there is no super drive here.
The territory is large and cozy, the beach is great, there are a lot of sun beds, but you need to occupy it in the morning, otherwise it won't be there later.

Quite a normal hotel. A very rich buffet, you just can't try everything. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the beach. There is simply no better place to find in Turkey, it is very wide and excellent, a gentle entrance to the sea. Of the disadvantages, we can note the old design of the premises, but the furniture in the rooms is normal, unbroken. There was a little mold around the perimeter of the pallet in the shower, they somehow did not try to clean it, because it grew more and more in 10 days. Sooooo many people, the general restaurant is just buzzing with noise. And for me, the big disadvantage is that it is impossible to walk behind the hotel, the road is all. If you want to take a walk in the evening, you have to take a taxi, and that's 20 euros.

We vacationed at Crystal Tat Beach at the end of September 2024 together without children. The impressions of the hotel are different. In some places it's good, in some places it's so-so...
Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception staff behaved as if we weren't there. We had to pay attention to ourselves in order to be registered.
The room cleaning is good. It was always clean, towels were changed every day. The mini bar was also replenished every day as needed.
There are no cards for beach towels in the hotel, you can take as many as you want and change them as many times as you want. In the morning, the deck chairs are occupied with towels, which lie there for hours, but there are no people. No one cleans them if the person is not there for example 2 hours.
The beach is big and clean. There are small pebbles closer to the water, but not critically. You can say sand. There is no music on the beach. It is available only in the beach bar, where beer, wine, and aperol are served. There is no music on the beach itself, although we could make one side with a speaker, and the other for those who want silence. Similarly with the no smoking zone in the restaurant.
Evening shows on stage as it gets. For an amateur. Different performers or dance groups come. Or karaoke. After 00:00, a DJ plays in the "nightclub", but almost no one comes there.
Animation (adult) is a bit weak. In the morning, aqua aerobics in the pool, after which the animator simply walks around the hotel throughout the day, as if showing that he is present. I would like to mention animator Ali especially negatively. This tactless guy, without any manners, was perplexing. One has only to go for a cocktail, he already sits down with the girl, climbs up to hug. At the disco, he unceremoniously tries to take her aside to dance, asks for a phone number. He does not respond to comments. He barely knows anything in English... What such staff does in a 5-star hotel is completely unclear. Perhaps the administration should have an explanatory conversation. Animators Hanna and Aruna did well, at least somehow left positive impressions, conducting water polo and air rifle shooting.
The bar offers a lot of cocktails, you can also ask for something that is not on the cocktail list. But the staff itself is also different. Some pour alcohol through a jigger, others by eye and smaller. Some are cheerful and positive, while others look sad from day to day. I remember the bartender Emircan - a positive guy, he made us the best cocktails.
In general, the hotel is normal, but in some places it's a disaster. We would have come here again - probably not.

There are bars near the beach, gozleme bakeries, burgers and pizzas. There were no queues. The sea is small pebbles at sunset and sand. The entrance is neither deep nor shallow, the children are playing quietly. We love beach holidays, so we liked the area. Normal maintenance. Very high-quality animation, especially in the evenings. We had a vacation in May 2024 with our family. We are resting at the hotel for the third time. Everything was fine with us, but this time there were two significant disadvantages, one of which shocked us. The maid when cleaning our room, dirty wet towels that we threw on the floor to be changed. Gorichnaya picked them up (dirty, wet towels) from the floor and put them in a pile (as if they were new). This is a complete disgrace and disrespect to the guests. And also the floor was not cleaned (as there was sand, so it remained after cleaning) In the following days we went and changed towels ourselves (from hand to hand) at the maid's. And the second minus is that music is playing very loudly until 23.30 (concert, disco), this has not happened before. Otherwise, I like the hotel. The beach, normal food (fruits are really not enough) beautiful clean area. I hope the staff will respond and give instructions on the quality of cleaning with the maids.

Of the 10 days of vacation, 5 were spent in a room with an air conditioner that was not working. The staff tried to do something, but it was just an imitation of the activity. The staff speaks Russian and English when it is convenient for them, then not, while they are the same people))) No one looks at the pools during the day, as a result, the children eat right there, people dive and jump off the sides - no one cares. Animation is 0. There are poorly washed dishes in the restaurant, but in general the restaurant is not bad, and in general everything is fine with food in the hotel - you can eat and drink 24 hours a day. The beach is cleaned only a small piece up to the border marked with a rope, garbage on the beach, cigarette butts that's all. The hotel is aimed at families and elderly vacationers.

They were at the end of May 2023. Very nice and comfortable hotel, 30 minutes drive from Antalya airport! The territory is quite large! The animation starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m. Football, volleyball, mini golf, water polo, water aerobics, etc... Children's slides! In the evening, there is always a performance in the amphitheater, it starts with a short program and ends for everyone. There was a disco on the street twice, with cool tracks! There is a children's club with a babysitter for children, but for some reason there were always very few children there, my son was not interested. We did not swim in the pools, because many children were treated with rotavirus after bathing, we decided not to take any risks. The beach is beyond praise, the wide coastline, the sand is pleasant, clean. There were not always enough sun beds, because many people take sun beds in the morning, leave towels and leave. But you can still find it. The staff is responsive, few people speak Russian. The disadvantages would include the fact that there is no pharmacy nearby. When the child got sick, they called a doctor on insurance. It is convenient that he comes directly to the hotel and the necessary medicines are brought there, which the doctor prescribed. There is nowhere to walk. To Antalya, a taxi is about 35 euros (called through the app).
We went for the sake of the sea, and it's excellent there. So in general, we are happy with the rest.

The only plus of this hotel is its beach (clean sand, a wide beach and a gentle approach for children and adults, without shells and pebbles). The territory is designed so that everyone winds in one place (an anthill). The staff doesn 't really care about vacationers . The children's place in the restaurant is a separate story: for the entire period of rest, they were asked to clean up near the table (they only pretended while standing over them), it was dangerous to leave the child there, the ever-flowing refrigerators, where the water is on the stone floor.
We will never go back there again. Some problems, at every step. To take a cake for a child , we waited from 1 hour in line 😅

We were very satisfied! A clean hotel, a huge green area! There are many different locations for leisure, with food and drink! We had a rest in April-May..with my husband... I really liked the hotel.... Friendly staff, feedback is present, which is very pleasing!The hotel has its own beach, There are enough sun beds on the beach ... towels in unlimited quantities! Lots of things for kids! ! Nice hotel, big, delicious food. I really liked the rose wine, it is really very tasty. From the activities of aquaerobics. Very good pastry shop, friendly staff. Turkish coffee lovers: it is made in a pastry shop and in the lobby bar. Pianists perform in the lobby bar in the evenings, you can have a good time. There are a lot of vacationers with children in the hotel, it can be boring for young people. Champagne is poured at the entrance for breakfast. Many rooms have a stunning view of the sea. Several ala carte restaurants need to sign up. The most delicious Turkish and fishy.

To begin with, it was the most expensive hotel of all the previous ones. We have been traveling annually at the same time with a friend and children in Turkey for 6 years already. We were in Lara, Kemer, Side, Belek. We are always 5 people (2 adults + 3 children) since this year, two children are 12 years old, maybe that's why the price has increased and the level has dropped sharply, but our trusted travel agent did not even know that this hotel was ALREADY so bad.

- The Wi-Fi only works well in the lobby.
- Alcohol is poured in only one bar on the street, where there is always a queue, or you have to go to the lobby. And it is also necessary to stand for soft drinks, respectively, since not everyone finds a non-alcoholic bar without a queue by the sea. There is very little imported alcohol, neither Martinis, Bacardi, nor Prosecco could be drunk, although there were no problems with this in hotels of previous years. Beer in bottles only in one place from 16:00. Or as in the advertisement: "I drink and pee" 😂
- no frills: meat and fish are just a minimum choice, seafood is only mixed with vegetables one dish only and then not every day. There are not even elementary deep-fried squid. The juices are all poured from some five-liter bottles and the taste is specific. In previous hotels, meat on a skewer for shawarma was just like fast food every day, but here there was a queue for dinner. And the next day they made shawarma out of half-eaten food in the restaurant by the pool. Well, I decided so, because before that, chicken shawarma was there and on the menu, and then suddenly lamb 😂
- The rooms are old: black seams on the tiles in the bathroom, some small scratches and stains all over the room. The towels are stained and yellowish, killed by time.
- Beach towels are changed from 16:30 to 18:00. We need to take them to the room in the evening.
- She barely persuaded me to give me a third room card, provided that there are three of us in the room! I have a two-room room and, in principle, it is designed for 5 beds. If you move in with an adult company with two cards, then you can hold on and control each other so as not to get lost 😂
- There is nowhere to leave the hotel, only if you walk an hour to The Land of Legends on the way or take a taxi for $ 15 in one direction. Great park, by the way.
- There is no pharmacy in the hotel, no normal shops, only fake watches, clothes and bed linen. There are trinkets for the sea in one store, but the choice is extremely small.
- One day there were repeated power outages in different parts of the hotel, including the rooms. In general, saving light throughout the hotel. We stopped by at night , entered the hotel and it was dark. At breakfast, the lights are also not turned on in the restaurant. The air conditioners are working at a minimum everywhere inside, I feel comfortable, since I don't like them, but my friend constantly complained.

- in fact, there are two slides, one of which is allowed only from the age of 16, and two are completely for kids.
- There is no foam disco.
- I have not met animators of children's touts to go play football, volleyball, golf, darts (it's all on site). Only the mini-disco is called in the evenings. The animation is counted only for small children. My son asked for a basketball ball at the reception, they chased him from one place to another, as a result, the ball was never found. The tennis table was assembled only on the day of our departure, and we also had to look for rackets and a ball.
- Two toilets for the entire street area. Those who are looking for will always find, and those who are not looking or are lazy are close friends with the sea and the pool 🤦♀️
- a table was reserved at the A la carte barbecue restaurant at 19:00. Three tables without sun: one is occupied, the second is for the director of some kind, the third is with ants. Sit and roast in the sun if you come to us. We left, so I can't say anything about the taste of the dishes. I am glad, however, that after our outrage, umbrellas appeared on the tables a day later.
- Few people understand Russian and even English, everyone speaks Turkish perfectly 😂
- The branded glasses in the bar are ALL dirty, and the dishes are not clean everywhere, even in the main restaurant. Moreover, at first, upon arrival, they were given in disposable glasses at the pool bar and it would be better to stop there if you can't wash your white branded glasses.
I didn't feel any Turkish annual good-naturedness, service, or cleanliness. I am glad that nature has tried hard, given me an excellent sandy sea and a lot of greenery around.
