The territory is large, there is a place to walk. Room service for three. The food is also on the top three, the seafood is only fish. Alcohol is good only in the lobby., you can only drink beer on site. The staff can come in and repair the room while you're still sleeping and they don't care about your outrage. In the evenings, something similar to a disco is held, in the afternoon darts, traditional bocce. In any case, we had a good rest, but we don't want to go back.

I really liked the hotel.
The sandy beach, a lot of sun beds, is not crowded with tourists even in the season. During the day, you can safely find free sun beds.

We rested with the child from 06/04/2023 to 06/13/2023. A good hotel for a family holiday, the food is quite varied, a lot of meat and fish dishes, a grill kitchen, fresh vegetables and fruits (however, this year for some reason there were no cherries), clean and well-groomed territory, a small park in front of the hotel (the hotel is fenced off from the highway by a park area), a lot of entertainment for children and on the water slides, the hotel staff keeps order so that there are no injuries. Everything else is like in an ordinary and good five hotel in Turkey. The impressions of the hotel are positive and the most important thing is the responsive and friendly staff, special thanks to the Russian-speaking customer service of the hotel - they will always listen patiently and carefully and try to really help (then they will come up and ask if the problem has been solved).I recommend the hotel for a relaxing and family holiday.

Excellent hotel, we were very satisfied. Special thanks to the manager of Volkan Uluisik for his responsiveness and help in solving issues.
When the hotel was closed, we were moved to the Crystal Centro, a terrible hotel, the food is much worse, a small area, a very noisy hotel, we were dissatisfied.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and fell in love with it forever!!!! during this time, it was the only thing, BUT on the first day they were burned-time heals. The guys are doing their best to meet and serve, they do not leave unattended in the dining room and at the bar, the food is different at every step and every day. Mmmore is an amazing sand, without cobblestones. There is enough space on the sun loungers for everyone. 3 huge pools. Animation is a cool team with a groovy and energetic "kwa-kwa", live music every evening. We will be happy to return here in the autumn.

We are experienced travelers, but we were in Turkey for the first time, now that many countries are closed, we went there. The first thing that struck me was how few flowers and greenery there were and how much asphalt there was . I don't know if there is such humidity all the time in Turkey or we were so "lucky" in the month of July, the whole vacation we were like in a sauna🥴the heat is 35+ and the humidity is huge, day and night. Hot sea - you just go from one steam room (beach) to a hot tub (sea). Maybe the sea is always like this, we love the ocean.
A lot has been written about the hotel, I'll tell you briefly - we arrived at 6 a.m., we were just told to leave our suitcases right at the counter, there is not even any luggage room. We put on bracelets and "go" to wait for 14-00, even for a fee, even for free. Then there was a room, they were escorted, the suitcases were brought, everything was shown. At first we were very upset that the first floor, but then we opened the window and saw our excellent terrace, with a table and chairs, everything was nearby, later we ran straight through the terrace to the bar👍The food is excellent, meat is just all sorts, champagne with strawberries for breakfast, desserts are divine, mmmm baklava Waiters and chefs are clever👍😋
The evening shows are just super, every day there are new decorations, a new program, live music and I really liked that it's all in the clearing, vacationers are directly involved, not just stupidly watching. Live music in the restaurant, a piano, and musicians are very cool👍There is also a mini disco for children - super Bravo!!!
Then our unpleasant story ☹️
we have NEVER been poisoned, but here maybe from the heat and humidity + the hotel was completely filled, there were a lot of people in the pool and my child was diving there merrily, suddenly abruptly got out and vomited a phantom (I apologize) And it started....
It was repeated every 10 minutes. then diarrhea and fever were added. At first, I gave everything I could from my first-aid kit - it didn't help. Then I found the nearest pharmacy on the Internet (by the way, I highly recommend it)The girl- a polite, intelligent, Russian-speaking pharmacist immediately clearly asked the symptoms, age, weight of the child-put very good medicines and sent us by taxi. The child got a little better, but by evening the child was so hot and weak that I ran to call an ambulance. People, keep in mind- this is an insurance case and urgently call your policy, they will help you. The reception must provide a landline phone to call an ambulance and call the insurance company. And so they don't care that you're running around in a panic, asking for help, they're standing there with a dismissive look and like they don't understand Russian, and they don't speak English either, they almost threw the phone, by the way, the reception staff are the most disgusting in this hotel. The rest of the staff is just great- everything👍
The ambulance arrived very quickly and we were taken to the hospital. Now, laughing, we remember how we drove around Antalya with flashing lights. Then it was not a laughing matter.Everyone knows that Turkey has very good medicine, it's true👍I really liked how everything was clear, fast and to the point👍A detailed blood test on several A4 sheets, later I looked at what vitamins the child lacked👍In general, our E. coli was off the scale, the child was taken to the ward and various droppers were dripping, I really liked that each dropper shows expiration dates, they say what it is and for what, try asking us😄At the hospital, we also paid for 30 S - the doctor's services. There were a lot of people there with similar poisoning, from different hotels. We spent the night in the hospital, then we were also taken to the hotel by ambulance. We quickly got better, we didn't go to the pool anymore, just the sea😀I got off with a little stomach upset, alcohol saved me.
Overall, the hotel is excellent, I recommend it

Ventilation with a hood in the toilet and bathroom is not available in the entire hotel. The information from the staff is very weak (a taxi is sold for 40-30 €, and the bus is silent after 1 hour in the schedule at a price of about 1 €, etc.). The food was not at all impressive. There are very few sauces, and the contents of the dishes are often mixed up...The sound insulation of double-glazed windows is very weak (there is no question of rest until 23-23:30 h. Karaoke and concerts on the street every day). It rains in the morning or at lunch, and the pool is not working in the evening. In the restaurant, the main service staff comes across girls of the underage type - child labor is unethical at least.
