We have chosen an appointment for Thursday. On Wednesday, they write to me to confirm my entry, I naturally confirmed it, and in parallel they write that my master will work from 12:00, and not from 10:00 (at this time I was signed up for her. What I want to say: the network has 4 salons in the city, but there is zero communication between managers, record keepers and craftsmen.
I just don't care about the time, the customers, if you want to come.

I did a permanent eyebrow from the master Valery K. Brilevskaya 3. I strongly advise against it. Initially, I said that I liked my eyebrow shape, it was only slightly corrected, as a result, they drew thick short eyebrows that climb onto the forehead, where there should be no eyebrows at all. It's a terrible studio, it feels like they're working on a customer pipeline. Plus, they give a 10% discount on the correction for the review. Therefore, I would doubt the reliability of the reviews. It is better to look for another studio and other masters. I don't recommend it.

Then I went to the correction, I say make it even brighter, since nothing is visible. They made a correction to me in general and again nothing is visible. They said to come a third time, they will do it for free. I came for the third time, it seems they took a brighter tone, but at the end of the result 0. I said that you have such bright lips in the insagram photo that I want such. To which I was answered, well, you understand that this is Photoshop. I don't advise anyone, I threw money away.

I visited the permanent salon on Brilevskaya and was completely disappointed: I signed up for a consultation because I couldn't choose between an interstitial and an arrow. The master was very busy recording an Instagram commercial, so she gave me a questionnaire to fill out and left. Of course, there was no sketch and color matching. The master only reassured that in 2 years the color will come off. And of course, no one unpacked the tattoo needle in front of me. I got acquainted with the consequences of the permanent in the questionnaire and crossed out the permission to use my photo in bold italics in the column "using photos on the Internet". This did not stop the Master:while I was lying with my eyes closed, her colleague quietly crept up and filmed the procedure for applying the permanent and then posted it on the Internet. And most importantly, girls, they delete all negative reviews on Instagram, there is only fake fake praise. My friend's eyebrows were ruined, a red color was introduced on her eyebrows, and she was told that this was how her skin reacted to the pigment, and that they were not to blame. So the professionalism in this salon is a big question.
