Recently, I contacted the Metallobaza company to install a 60-meter-long 3D mesh fence. I want to share my impressions:

Before ordering the installation of a turnkey fence from Petrovich STD LLC, carefully read the documents. In the office, they conclude a purchase and sale agreement with you and take payment for the materials. According to clause 1.14 of the contract, the Seller (Petrovich STD LLC) searches for third-party installation teams at the rates set by these installation teams. I.e., Petrovich STD LLC chooses installers for you and since these are third-party employees, for the quality of the installation, the provision of documents, receipts, installation guarantees, LLCPetrovich STD" is not responsible! This is my case: the measurer did not come, 2 of the 5 pillars are installed crookedly, the distances between the pillars are different, the braces of the corner pillars are installed incorrectly... The installers are "neat": they left the garbage and cigarette butts, and cleaned up the wire, pipe, fittings… Also, the contract of Petrovich STD LLC stipulates: The seller does not benefit from the installation services. Probably, that's why my offers to come to the facility (20 km from the office) and the demands to provide receipts for delivery and for the installation of the fence, to return the materials paid for by me, were ignored by an employee of the company Alexander Yurievich.

The response of Petrovich STD LLC to my review proves once again that the organization is not responsible for the installation and quality of the fence installation. It turns out that I am the one who does not get in touch, and not an employee of the organization who ignored my comments and disappeared after requesting receipts for delivery and fence installation. It turns out, according to the installers, it was under my leadership that a defective fence was installed and the remnants of the paid materials were stolen!
To resolve issues with Petrovich STD LLC and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, I require you to provide me with receipts for the delivery and installation of the fence. Also explain to me how third parties (installers) turned out to have my personal passport data, the consent to the processing of which I gave only to Petrovich STD LLC.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review due to the refusal to manufacture the gate. I contacted this company twice. For the first time in the spring of 2024, manager Ekaterina quickly made the calculation, but due to high demand and a long queue, it was decided to postpone it to autumn. For early booking, I contacted this company again. Svetlana quickly calculated everything, but then called back and said that they couldn't make the gate for me because of the complexity of the installation.

The picket fence is scratched, and they smeared it with paint with their finger. Out of 100 pieces, 10 are defective.

We ordered a picket fence and a gate with a gate from this company in December to pick up in the spring. It was written on the website that then you will participate in the free installation lottery 3 times and there will be a mailbox as a gift. As a result: the draw was 2 times and the mailbox was not delivered! The fence and gate were put crookedly, the workers came to fix it, but then another team came to put the foundation and because they put it crookedly, they had to make the foundation obliquely. I contacted sales manager Victoria first in order to arrange a delivery date, she did not call me back, arguing that there was a lot of work. After the order was finally delivered, I contacted Victoria to clarify why there were 2 draws and where the promised mailbox was, to which Victoria said that there were few orders, but they forgot to put the box, she would call me back and tell me when they could bring it, as a result, 11 days passed and Victoria forgot call me back. That's the sales manager and the company! I do not recommend it to anyone

We bought composite reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm in Brest on Friday, 14.07. Two coils of 50 m each. Upon arrival at the site, when checking with a caliper, it turned out that one bay with a diameter of not 12 mm, but 10 mm (by winding). On the scales, the difference between the coils was about 1.7 - 1.8 kg. Unlike us, the seller did not work on weekends. I had to urgently resolve the issue on my own. On Monday, the manager offered to bring back a smaller bay and replace it. That is, to go back to the facility, load it, bring it to them, change it, bring it back. This is not counting the half-boat that was torn off in search of the required fittings. We decided not to get involved either now or in the future with this approach of the implementer
