The food is normal, but there are questions about pricing, beef tartare is more expensive than a hot dish. The most amazing thing is the service, it's just disgusting, the kettle was brought, the mugs appeared on the table after the hot one, the sauce was forgotten for the dish and they carried it for 15 minutes (the waiter did not know that he was going there at all). We didn't get the bill, got dressed and went, and the waiter didn't even know what our table and bill were. The impression is terrible, to put it mildly

We went to the Cult today, we pre-booked a table, we came at the appointed time and the waiters did not respond to us for a while, after the girl at the bar told them, they noticed us (but did not indicate which table to go to, we did it ourselves), ordered dishes from the menu, after after the meal, I went to pay the bill for the bar (since we had been waiting for the waiter for 20 minutes and he did not come up), after I went to pay the bill, the waiter entered the amount into the terminal and I paid, we left the establishment.
After we returned home, we found that we had forgotten our phone. After three unanswered calls, we finally got a response. Next, the dialogue:
I: hello, we were at your place 30 minutes ago, we forgot the phone.
Waiter: Hello, did you forget to pay the bill too?
I'm at a loss.
Me: I went to the bar and paid for it personally
Waiter: No, your account is not closed.
Me: okay, tell me how much you need to transfer, I'll send it
Waiter: come personally, we'll figure it out.
Me: I can't come in person, please let me know where to transfer the money.
After that, I am informed of the card details and the amount.
In the meantime, I transferred the entire amount to them.
After that, I discovered that I had paid plus for another table))
I'm calling this place again.
The answer came the second time
Waiter: Yes, hello
Me: have you received the money?
Waiter: I do not know, we have not looked yet
Me: tell me, is the amount you specified the whole amount?
Waiter: yes
Me: and the 1500r that I paid from you, for what?
What followed was a meaningless dialogue about me coming and we sorted it out on the spot, after I repeated 100 times that I couldn't come in person, they said they would refund the 1,500 rubles.
But it didn't end there!
The girl who was with me (who forgot her phone) came to get it, and the waiters attacked her with accusations, only after they gave her the phone and the money.
In general, one star, not only were 3 of the 4 dishes cold, they were also rude)

I'll start small. I was walking and I wanted to sit somewhere, the choice fell on this from many places, because I had not yet been inside the institution. And there were mini sofas on the window and I wanted to lie down.
As a result, we ordered lemonade and banana-strawberry smoothies, in addition to ice cream, which we waited for 30-40 minutes, because it was not there, and after 20 minutes we deigned to say that the supplier had only brought ice cream.
The lemonade tasted so strong, mega sour that I asked to dilute it, in the end they just added sweet syrup and I went to ask for ice again, at least so that it would be possible to drink it without the likelihood that the stomach would become or a hole would form in it.
Okay, that's half the trouble. Smoothies still didn't go anywhere to taste.
But this solid substance on the spoon, which I discovered only after I ate a spoonful of ice cream...
well, I'm sorry, of course, it didn't rub off dry. I asked to change the spoon.
Next, the taste of kiwi in ice cream.. The fruit was simply overripe, it even tasted bitter, not that it was generally neither sweet nor sour... And bitter.
I probably won't go here anymore.

I must say right away, for those who have come to discover delicious dishes, there is not much to do here. Pizza was awesome a couple of years ago, now there's not much to do here. Regarding the interior, I can say that this is the most cozy place in Lugansk. But, alas, this does not save the kitchen. Previously, they came for the most incredible pizza of 5 cheeses, but now it is no different from other establishments. And the last time we went there, the pizza was inedible. I understand inflation and all that, but honestly, you double the price, but leave the quality of the product at the same level. It is not necessary to save money on production. We don't come to this place anymore.

The dishes are not delicious! We ordered caesar with salmon and Tbilisi salad! There are zero salmon in caesar, although the greens and cheese are fresh and delicious. And there are a lot of Korean carrots in Tbilisi and the meat is just tin!!! In short, I do not recommend this institution!!!

We always bought coffee in this place, took it from the order window and it was wonderful, always fast and delicious.. and just recently we went inside for a snack. The menu was brought out quickly. That's it! There was nothing else "fast". We've been waiting for the order for who knows how long. The mushroom soup and noodles were brought to us already cold. It was funny to watch the waiters crowding at the counter, and plates with ready meals standing in the window of the distribution from the kitchen. Of the 2 coffees (frape), one was brought first. The second one was waited for 25 minutes until the waitress was called, she forgot to knock out the second one. Sugar or syrup was not added to it, and it was not taken out with the order. To be honest, the taste of the coffee was not the same as before, bitter and not tasty.
The waiters do not respond to the call button at all, although there was no heavy workload in the institution. Even the bill had to wait 10 minutes.
I don't know what has changed with you guys, but clearly your customers are no longer important to you.

I have visited this place only once, and there is little desire to come back. The interior is at the highest level, which is not to say about the rest. The prices are unreasonably high, it is clear that the cafe is in the very center of Lugansk, but I did not like the food at all. Pasta carbonara is cold, with uncooked cheese and two unfortunate pieces of bacon, the salad is a little better, but did not cause much delight. The only thing that has no complaints is tea. In short, you can come to Cult Coffee to have a good time with friends, look out the panoramic windows and sit comfortably, but in order to EAT it is better to choose another institution. I would like to evaluate the service, but there is really nothing to evaluate. The third star is in advance, before we try the desserts.

A big plus is the children's room.
But now the level of the cafe is extremely low, what happened to the kitchen??? They brought burnt medallions filled with sauce, for the first time in my life I refuse a dish ... the salad ingredients have stopped "being friends with each other", where are the sauces? My favorite bruschetta has become inedible, the vinegar from the poached egg already hurts my eyes…
They brought two identical desserts, one is normal, the second is not cut with a knife ... a salad for 400 rubles where 95% of Korean carrots are the maximum that resembles, so this is a salad at a wake, and not in a cafe..
