I love the Blossom salon with all my heart! Staff, service, interior 💘. For the past 4 years, I have been doing bioreconstruction with the wonderful, in every sense, master Victoria. The first time I was skeptical about this procedure (I had previously done Botox in other places), but with bioreconstruction, the effect is completely different. Nourished, well-groomed hair. I came to the studio for the first time. The impression is terrible!!! Good reviews seem to have been bought. I signed up for a haircut in almost 1.5 weeks. Everything was discussed with the administrator during the recording, I WARNED that I had a short haircut. Not a square, but a short one. I waited 1.5 weeks for a haircut, adjusted to an inconvenient window, but to a master who, as I was convinced, would be able to get a haircut. When I arrived, I showed the references and was immediately rejected. He can only fit a typewriter as a man's haircut. The recording was in the middle of the day, I canceled everything for this haircut, came and left. There is no limit to the indignation. On the one hand, of course, it's good that they didn't give trouble to the hair, but wait 1.5! weeks for the sake of refusal, cancel everything, how is it at all!? I really, really don't advise you to sign up and waste your time

I was delighted with coloring and haircuts. Everything is fast, clear, and smooth. Conduct a consultation on care, answer all questions, suggest how best.
Bioreconstruction is simply an excellent procedure. The tips were in a sad state, but I plan to trim them when I go to make up. So far, it was necessary to put my hair in order. I found this salon for the first time 2 years ago.
Initially, the location was convenient for me, I was close to work. And now I'm on the other side of the city, but I only go to the Flowers every time.
And now about my experience!
Firstly, it is a service that starts with recording. They will always find a window for you, they will answer you quickly (the first time I wrote on Instagram at 2 a.m. and they answered and recorded me. But it's better not to do that, everyone needs a rest)). You will be selected by the master based on your wishes.
Secondly, it's the atmosphere. Beautiful design of the studio. Atmospheric waiting area. Comfortable chairs. Large mirrors.
Thirdly, they are professionals. If you don't know how to explain what you want, but you can show it, they will understand. I've come like this several times and shown photos of things that can't be done with my hair (in my opinion), and I've never regretted trusting the masters.
You can still write a lot - about tea, coffee and champagne, about pleasant employees, about perfect hair care, but it is better to visit the studio once and fall in love than to read 1000 times about the love of other people for this studio.

It is very pleasant to be there in this atmosphere. So far, I have been to the procedure with only one master Victoria, I have done bio hair reconstruction. What I liked was that before the procedure there was an acquaintance and communication with the master about this procedure, she learned from me all the information about how I take care of my hair myself at home, gave her recommendations about products that can be used for me according to my hair type and only then started the robot. I very rarely write reviews, but I don't want people to waste their time and money like I did! I don't know why people give 5 stars, the feeling that they are buying reviews. If you suddenly decide to visit this studio, I strongly do not recommend it. Unfortunately, the expectation did not justify the reality. I have not visited this studio before, but a friend asked for a certificate to this studio! I, as a "potential" client purchasing a certificate for a gift, expected that it would at least be nominal, and not just indicate the amount and expiration date of it, and in a beautiful envelope, and not a craft envelope that does not close)) the girls tried to smooth the situation by searching for stickers to close the envelope, but as expected they were not found)
And here it's not even about the stickers, but in the very presentation of everything that is happening)
The first time I was in this studio and expected beauty to the smallest detail, as they broadcast it on Instagram and target, and not just a craft envelope and a look) The phrase "service to the smallest detail" is not about them.
The certificate in mila looks much more gift-like than the one I bought! And now look for a beautiful envelope to give beautifully) If you are suddenly thinking about going to this studio, then do not hesitate to go..... And do not forget that a beautiful picture in insta sometimes does not meet our expectations, as happened in this case)

I decided to dye my hair before my wedding and did not even expect that my hair would burn so much. The first visit was on 2/12. Master Alina was there, she asked for AirTouch. As a result, she came out with a green shade, with a white stripe in the center (like zebras) and singed hair. Later, I dealt with the administrator for a long time, they insisted that it was necessary, they did not see the green ottenka and in cold light it was always this color, and the stripe in the center was seen by the master. When it came to the director, she offered to redo everything and do a cold restoration to fix the damage. 15.12 Anastasia redid everything, during the restoration, even she did not know how to separate the hair in the sink, so that it would not hurt much, because when washing it turns into one solid felt boot. Yes, I fixed the coloring, for which I thank her and made a restoration that will be for a maximum of two weeks because the hair is too damaged.
As a result, burnt hair that cold restoration will not help, botox and keratin can not be done because it will get worse in the end, the only thing I advised was to try to make a bioreconstruction and wait half a year for it to grow back.
