I have never met such a boorish attitude... In the flower shop, where everything should be nice and kind, I was bullied. Honestly, sur. I do not know who this woman is, I saw her in this store often, sometimes took flowers, often wondered if she was rude or such a manner of communication. I got it today, he's rude.
To summarize: the flowers are often tired, the service is at the level of a Soviet store.
I do not recommend it!!!

The store is good, the sellers are good.
BUT the store's service and approach to customers are TERRIBLE. I wanted to make a pre-order for March 8, I wrote in advance, sent it to the website, they said on the website that it was not yet possible to make a pre-order. Then they said go to the store, I went to the store- only one color of tulips. At the same time, twenty options were dropped.

The seller's terrible attitude, some elderly woman who doesn't have a foot in the flowers. The flowers themselves are even worse, they stood for about 4 hours. The buds and leaves have become dry. I strongly do not recommend it!

I took a ready-made bouquet, some flowers were not in better condition. Yes, and the carnations were supposedly cut off (twice as short as the whole bouquet of the main one), just had to be thrown somewhere. Accordingly, when you do not think to remove the wrapping paper, you put it in a vase, then these shortest flowers rot the next day
