There is no respect for the client. There is no initiative. I stood for half an hour, waited until I decided to ask myself, because everyone was busy and did not dare to distract. Judging by the way they react to potential customers, they will soon have no clientele at all! The flowers were chosen at random without asking my opinion. They didn't cut it. I don't recommend it. At the train station, it is both easier and more profitable and respectful.

I advise everyone, their customer is always right, excellent service. I ordered a bouquet for my wife's wedding anniversary. A bouquet was delivered in which bushy white roses were replaced with just white roses. At the same time, no one contacted me about the replacement. I called the managers, they listened politely and promised to sort it out. A couple of days later, they called again apologized and clarified where to deliver the correct order. An excellent bouquet was delivered once again. I think this is of great importance, especially in Belarus, when a company makes concessions for its mistake in order not to lose its reputation. Thank you very much. Now I know where to order flowers and who to advise.
