I came to this store for three days in a row, the first day came at 9 a.m., sat until noon and did not wait for the store to open, came on the second day bought 5 roses at lunch, two of them hung in the evening, early in the morning only 1 of them was alive (first photo), came at lunch to to change or at least to make a discount on the purchase, but when I came to the flower shop at 13:45 I sat until 14:30 it was closed, I called the store and was told that I had left not so long ago (lies) what will happen soon, I arrived at 14:45 (although the store is open from 9 a.m. and without lunch), as a result, my brother told me, the flowers are fresh-it's his own fault (if I hadn't cut them, or somehow treated wrong, I wouldn't have gone to the store ashamed because of 3.5k, but this is already too much, how then is one Rose out of 5 alive?, and how can flowers die so quickly? 2 in 5-6 hours, and two in less than 12 hours)
Realizing that the store absolutely does not care about the consumer and the authority of the store, and more importantly a few thousand tenge, I took a photo (2photo) and silently left, let them keep the money, they need it more
I did not insist on a refund, and even offered myself, let me not go to another store, but at least make a discount on a new purchase, but other than "brother, the flowers are fresh" I did not hear anything…
I highly do not recommend this store, as you will give flowers and get into an uncomfortable situation in front of your beloved…
The work schedule is completely absent, they work as they want, the flowers are withered, and there is no understanding for the client, but only money!!
