A very beautiful place, the view from the windows is gorgeous on the Bosphorus Bay, next to the street where everyone walks is called Taksim, there is a Russian-speaking staff-polite,all questions are solved quickly and tactfully,delicious and varied food!

Overall, a decent hotel to just sleep in. The service was disappointing. The room cleaning is disgusting, the attitude towards luggage is terrible, the repair is tired, the gym is a mess in the inventory, there are no special complaints about the kitchen. I was only pleased with the wellcome present for the child, they gave me a branded teddy bear. My son did not part with him.

The main disadvantage is breakfast!!! They don't know how to make omelets, the coffee is just disgusting. Crowds of people, screaming children, I wouldn't give a 4-star hotel..

The most disgusting five!
We stopped at the hotel at night with my husband and child after the flight. Upon entering the room, we immediately felt a musty smell in the room, the air conditioner is not turned on, the room is not ventilated.
They decided not to bring a baby cot for the child on the first night at all, they did not consider it necessary.
The next morning we called the reception and said that we had paid for an improved room, but for some reason we have a standard. At the same time, the shower in the bathroom did not work. The staff at the reception responded to our complaints very indifferently. They started offering to pay extra for a two-room room, which we don't need at all. It was only in the evening that we were moved to an "improved" room, which turned out to be the most disgusting room!!! The room is on the 8th floor, Windows facing the road. There is absolutely no sound insulation. CARS HONKED ALL NIGHT, drivers swear!!! It was impossible to put the child to bed and we ourselves also did not sleep for two nights in a row!!!
At night, in the hallway, the hotel staff were arguing very loudly with each other near our room. At 9 a.m., they absolutely shamelessly broke into our room for cleaning, which we did not expect at all!
After visiting the spa, one bathrobe was taken from our room for some reason. The next day we waited 35 minutes for the robe!!! 35 minutes!!!!
Spa center:
Hammam - broken, dirty and rusty tiles on the floor. A hook (temperature sensor) sticks out of the wall.
The showers have very dirty floors with plaque, rust and all that follows.
The hotel itself is large, but absolutely not well maintained. This is a good three, then definitely not 5 stars!!!
No advantages were revealed. Absolutely none.
There is a restaurant on the upper terrace - it is very tasty there and it seems to have nothing to do with the hotel, except for the location (address).

What five stars!!! It barely fits on three! For 1000 euros per day you will get a dirty old room, with leaky ceilings in the bathroom, falling off plumbing fixtures on which there is a century-old plaque of lime. And when you wash, plaster will fall on your head. A lopsided TV on the wall and a table with sticky napkins. A spoiled vacation.

When checking into the hotel, different rooms were offered three times, as a result, they were settled in an improved room! with a view of the wall 5 meters from the window. The breakfasts are not bad. Among the advantages of the location, there is a metro and a high-speed tram nearby.
