Once this place was really decent, but now everything has changed for the worse.
1. Service:
The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. You are not welcome, you are being treated like an object, not a client. Problems with equipment (such as a headset) are solved at your expense of time and money.
2. Game content:
The club used to have a lot of pre-installed games, but now there are very few of them. Downloading new games becomes a torment: the Internet speed is limited to 2 MB/s, and you will be refused to increase it even if there is no network load. For example, it takes about 7 hours to download War Thunder.
3. Hidden charges:
If you have replenished your balance exactly according to the package price, but lost time setting up the equipment in the beginning, you will be charged at the basic per-minute rate. The result is that instead of the paid 5 hours, you get only 2.5. Do not expect a refund or compensation.
4. Data Security:
After the end of the session, computers save authorization data (Steam, Discord, etc.). This is a clear security breach that puts personal accounts at risk.
5. Cheating with tariffs:
The club is actively promoting the "9 o'clock night rate," but in reality this is a lie. This rate is valid until 9 a.m., regardless of the activation time. If you pay for 9 hours at 8:59, you will receive only 1 minute of game time.
Result:
If you value your time, money, and nerves, stay away from this club. This place is disappointing on all levels, from the service to the outright deception of customers. It used to be nice here, but now there are just no words.

I played all day yesterday. I want to thank the Staff for the very good staff. I was also very pleased that there is a whole cafe on the ground floor where you can have a delicious hot dog or Burger with French fries without going anywhere.

It's a terrible club, it's not the first time I've noticed the following joints behind it:
The Internet is lagging. I came alone, with friends, every time someone's game is lagging
There is no reception at the reception. I have been in a situation several times when some of the equipment does not work and there is no help. It is especially unpleasant during games to run to the first floor and ask to call someone.
I don't advise anyone and I won't walk anymore.

The computers are good, the headset is not bad either. The staff is very helpful, they will help with any problem. Of the minuses, some chairs have handles spinning and I caught it once when the microphone was broken, but it was quickly replaced. And there is practically no cooperative game for four people in the VIP curling iron.

The varzon began to be updated there. When asked that money would be debited while it was being updated, I was answered with a stony and not satisfied face "yes"
And yes, the staff did not even apologize for not being able to help in any way and just watched them go.

upd: If your administrators are as responsive as possible, why did they go to solve the problem and disappear? And it was only after passing by that they remembered about this problem. And they didn't even offer to move.

The worst computer club for my money) I booked a computer, they told me that the reservation was only in the order of the queue) I came to 23.00 to play for the night, I was told there was no reservation I could play at night, provided that you log into your account on the computer) then I find out that you can even book in 2 hours))) and by phone. I had to make a deposit, turn on the computer and leave for an hour and return by 12:00) that is, I lost my money and mood ) I came to solve this incident before leaving a review) I didn't hear anything new ) Administrators do not solve the issue, but simply send it to 4 sides without knowing the rules of their clubs, you even show them that they have a different way, they say no, unfortunately I can't help)) can such a club call itself the best in Armenia?) of course, I have not been to other clubs in Armenia to compare, but this club left only negative impressions)

The place itself is great. I was there, looking around. But when we decided to play there as a team (5 people) and book a VIP room for the whole night, I was told that according to the company's policy, reservations are not made - you need to come in fact and try your luck. Such a policy is not very close to me. How to build your day if you need to try your luck in the end. It's a pity that I couldn't get here.
