I didn't use the mail itself. But there was a situation with receiving a parcel at another post office in the city. I had to go to the main street to sort it out. I want to say that you listened carefully. The supervisor was called. A very friendly woman . I listened to everything. I tried to help as much as possible. She advised me how to deal with a package (three places) that was damaged. We did everything as we were advised. The result is that all the money was returned. Both for the goods and for the shipment. As it turned out later, she did much more than the instructions required of her. Just praise. And thank you very much. A photo of the building is attached as promised. It's very beautiful. It is immediately obvious that this is the main post office of the city!

Of Course It's Super!!!For the sake of interest, we went to the Post Office, so as not to look like onlookers, we bought a lottery ticket.the prize is 100 crowns.Pleasant memories.

A beautiful building! It is located in the center of Karlovy Vary. I wasn't inside. 😄
