I liked the pool, there are few people, the water is clean, the lights turn on in the evening. Near the food market, Bangla Road, various cafes. The beach is 10 minutes away. I don't understand the negative reviews, apparently having bought a three-star tour, I wanted to get a five-star hotel. We would love to come back here again
We rested in February 2025 for 12 nights.
The hotel is located near the Malin Plaza market, a 15-minute slow walk to the beach.The hotel is Indian, there are Hindus at the reception.
There are a lot of Arabs, Hindus in this area and constant traffic due to the proximity of the market, which has both advantages and disadvantages.
The hotel, of course, is already in need of renovation, but there are no animals in the rooms and they are cleaned daily.
The hotel is undergoing renovation of the restaurant, so there is constant noise.
The windows of the superior room overlook the neighboring hotel, there are a lot of cigarette butts and dirt below the balconies.
The breakfasts are monotonous: rice/noodles, eggs that look like an omelet, chicken with gravy in 12 days in 3 different versions, fresh vegetables, watermelon, coffee, tea, toasts, sauces, jams.We had a surcharge for breakfast of 2000 rubles, if I don't advise you to pay any more, it's better to have breakfast at 7/11.
One of the main disadvantages:
the smell of sewage in the bathroom (they tried to fix it, but the maximum was enough for half a night)
you wash in the shower, the water runs to the floor along the edge of the tub because the edge is tiled,
but of course the pool is something:it blooms, they wash it with a mop with water from the same pool, then without changing the water they pour some liquid into it, it lightens up a little, but the mucus falls to the bottom.In general, there is no pool in fact.
This hotel should be considered only in the burning tour option, I do not recommend all other options.
A normal hotel, we had breakfast (I don't recommend it, the food is spicy and monotonous). The room is spacious,daily cleaning, 2 bout every day. water, coffee, soap, gel and a cap (but if available, do not put it).
There is a pool from 8-20, in the first three days the water was clear, then cloudy.
Within walking distance of the market, you can eat normally, supermarket 7/11, 15-20 minutes walk to the sea .
Cons: the toilet smelled and there was water in one place all the time , towels were washed even with holes ( they only gave 2 large towels and one for the feet )

Who gave this hotel 3 stars??? There are ants roaming around the room!!!!! There are dark spots on the walls, and the light in the room is very dim. The reception staff is lying on the sofas all day, not friendly at all!!!! At 12 a.m., staff plays billiards on the ground floor. There is a table and chairs at the entrance to the hotel, it is difficult to sit there in the evening, huge cockroaches crawl under your feet!!! We asked to change the towels, they brought us white towels in someone's blood (photo attached), we went and bought our own towels. There was a window in the bathroom facing the street with a mosquito net, and every evening at exactly 12 o'clock a garbage truck arrived and loaded the garbage. There is a view of the air conditioning units from the balcony. The bed linen is stained, the pillows are hard, almost on a par with the mattress. We were asked to change the pillows, and they brought us new ones (the same ones) in a pillowcase and, of course, also with stains. There's a layer of stuck dust on the hangers in the closet. There's even a stained toilet in the bathroom, and there's no shower curtain at all.
I also disagree about the quiet place, there is a bar across the house where Thais hang out until late at night. It's also impossible to set up the air conditioner, as it randomly changed the direction of blowing, either go to sleep and catch a cold, or suffocate from the heat!!! I do not recommend you to visit!!!

The Wi-Fi at the reception is just flying.I caught it in the room, but not very well. The location of the hotel is good, 7-10 minutes walk to the sea, near the Mallin Plaza market, we ate there and did shopping.the prices are great. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, but I like to swim in the sea.I can't say anything about breakfasts, because the tour was taken without them.
Great location. Nearby there is a market and the best rows of local cuisine. 15min crawl to the beach. The night street is 25 minutes maximum. All on foot.

It's a long way to the sea, you can't go out a second or third time... the pool is from 10 to 9, but it always opens later, it was infuriating. And after 9, you won't swim....since the doors are closed there, it is more convenient in this regard to hotels with outdoor pools where you can swim until nightfall. And so everything is normal, my daughter liked it, and so did I. Well, we are not particularly pampered aesthetes, for someone it may seem like an oldish hotel.
For those who go on vacation to Patong, to this hotel, be aware that this is an urban-type hotel: that is, there will be no calm environment around the hotel, motorcycles will rattle in the evenings.
This is a vacation for active tourists who like to move a lot, walk, go to other beaches: Karon, Ride, Kamala, Bang Tao, Mak Khao.

The location of the hotel is very convenient: within walking distance of the market, shops, pharmacies, massage parlors, shopping centers.
I recommend visiting: barbecue siafood near the Grand Mercuri hotel, the price for 1 person is 369 baht, you cook seafood yourself on a minimangal (it stands on the table), there are no limited approaches to the seafood buffet.
The room has air conditioning, the program was set for a very long time: I recommend 22-24 degrees at the minimum level, then there will be a comfortable temperature in the room.
Vacationers can adapt to the climate for the first 3 days: I recommend buying a TIFFY (1t per night) at a pharmacy, like a Russian teraflu. And in 7-eleven cough granules with (a bag of scolopendra, in a jar of herbs).

Absolutely not a bad hotel for the money! Convenient location. Near MalinPlaza market, 7 minutes to the sea. The Central Shopping Center is 10-15 minutes away. There are many cuisines around: Turkish, Thai, Russian. The linen and towels are not the first freshness, but they were changed every day! Cleaning is daily. A clean rooftop pool. If you are not picky about the placement, then it is quite possible to choose. It depends on who pursues what goal in the journey.

I didn't like the hotel itself very much compared to those in other places, but the cost, respectively, is much lower here. I liked the rooftop pool, I didn't like the breakfasts: they were too modest and monotonous. I also didn't like the distance from the sea. It's a long way to get to the beach in the heat. In addition, the French are very noisy - they have terrible behavior.

Let's start with the fact that this is our 6th hotel in this area and we have something to compare it with. Moreover, we were at this hotel when it was still Andaman. That's why we came back, as it turned out in vain! We always take hotels with breakfasts, but this is the first time we've seen them...There were no breakfasts for the first 2 days, or rather they were, but after 9.30. When the owner brought eggs, bread and juice on a bike. And breakfast starts at 7.00!!! Thai boys brought out 4-6 fried eggs and watched whether they would stay or not.. bread is the same. Instead of my favorite jam, which is available in all hotels, there is some kind of incomprehensible mass. We brought our own coffee. Hot sausages were sometimes exchanged for pasta. That's the whole breakfast. And yes, watermelon was brought upon delivery, pieces smaller than a child's palm😣people went on excursions without breakfast! (all photos and videos are there, and we called the hotline on the advice of the guide, it's useless). And we were also surprised by the situation with beach towels, given once and for the whole vacation! If you want to change, pay 50 baht. This is the first time I've seen this, it's always been go-get, come-give. Or even in rooms specifically for the beach and they are also changed like usual. There are only signs with fines everywhere. Drinks are not allowed in the pool area. It's useless to talk at the reception, mine is yours not to understand... Cleaning is average, almost like everywhere else. One was washed, the other was not, the table on the balcony was never wiped. 4 cotton swabs for the whole vacation! I'm not talking about soap and shampoos, they weren't there. But there were 3!shower caps😁 we are very unpretentious tourists, but almost all people who are not the first time in Phuket were unhappy here.
The hotel has a solid four, they cleaned every day, the rooms are quite good, the reception does not understand the truth in Russian. There is a bazaar nearby, excursions were taken in an orange opposite the bazaar, it is much cheaper than it turns out from a tour agency. The only negative is the breakfasts, the meager menu, but we were not hungry.
I didn't like the food. The pasta made my stomach hurt. The same thing for breakfast every day (pasta or rice, scrambled eggs or artificial ham. Toast and jam every day and margarine.) Portions of thin slices of watermelon in your hands. And in general, the hotel is very good for three people. New clean white towels every day, daily cleaning! The staff is friendly. Everything in the hotel is neat. The windows overlooked another hotel, but it didn't bother. It's quiet at night and it's an advantage!! In the center, music is booming everywhere, bikes and tuk tuks are rumbling. And there is silence in the Tea House :). There is a market nearby.
A great hotel for its stardom, they clean well, there is no sand on the floor, towels are changed every day. The location is good, near the market and the sea nearby, everything is within walking distance!

The terrible attitude of the staff towards the hotel guests! wi-fi is not working, the air conditioners are half-dead. We are extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. I do not recommend it! We visited it in February 2019.
Overall, this is a justified 3*. Everything is simple, clean, towels were changed every day, bed linen too. We didn't see any bugs or cockroaches) Water was brought every day, free of charge. The only thing missing was an iron)) but in Thailand, as I understand it, this is normal.
The staff is not very pleasant. Don't bother going to room 510, for some reason there is a different level of service. If you need to change the number, talk only to the owner (French)
