A place of walks for citizens and guests of the capital of Azerbaijan. Attractions, eateries, promenade. An interesting selection of plants, green, nice to walk along quiet paths. I saw the baobab for the first time. It's a pity the fountain in the sea doesn't work. Despite the prohibitions, scooters are worn.
