Very uncomfortable lockers for outerwear. They're just small. They're also dirty. There's a barbell inside for some reason, there's no hanger. You're looking for a locker with a hook. You come in a long jacket, just fold the jacket several times. I don't know why you should take off your shoes, if you're standing there in those slippers, then you go to the locker room, in my understanding you're carrying dirt anyway))) Of course, in wet seasons, mud and snow are understandable. But still not very convenient.

My son has been going to D-Fitness swimming for 8 years, the best pool in Almaty and very strong coaches. I myself go to Pilates group training and super trainer's stenching, spacious halls and all the necessary equipment for training. The locker rooms are very clean, the cleaners work there like bees all the time.

I can only judge by the children's pool.
I take my daughter (5 years old) and my youngest son (2 years old) there. The pool is of course "tired", the lockers in the locker room are the same for 15 years, the shower is very old - in my opinion, nothing has changed since the 90s. But at the same time, the staff is very responsive! Internal competitions are held for children (pupils of different coaches participate). An excellent coach (Ivan Papin), his daughter was not left without medals at any competition with him.
We can say that the pool needs to be updated, but the staff and coaching staff smooth everything out.
Sometimes there are excesses in the management, with some complaints and suggestions they respond: "if you don't like it, don't go." But this is not often and the problem is eventually solved.

Good coaches, a decent pool, but working with clients is just some kind of nightmare. To freeze a subscription is a week maximum. The child has contracted dermatitis (I do not claim that in the pool, but it is also possible)
They took a certificate for the period of treatment. At the reception, they sent me to write to the site, everything is ultraviolet on the site. As a result, it was frozen only for a week, the rest of the classes burned down, although there is a certificate on hand.

TechnoGym premium fitness equipment, a wide variety and number of cardio equipment from the same company, a chic dumbbell range. There are three saunas, one of them is shared, where we go with our daughter. (I also bought her an annual "morning-day") The pool is 50 meters, this is a separate song. The best in the city according to many athletes and swimmers. In non-competitive time, the tracks are stretched across, and about 20 tracks are obtained, 25 meters long. Therefore, you do not have to shove elbows with other students. There are usually one or two people on the track. By price range. Previously, unlimited discount cost about 280 thousand (without discount), now it has increased to 350 . this is not particularly encouraging, but next year, I will still buy. I'll just wait for the discount. I think I'll buy it for 260 thousand. It is very profitable for me, since I go to practice regularly.

I want justice. My son went to the swimming pool of this complex. In May, I paid for a monthly subscription. In order not to lose my place in the group. Because I was told that there may not be places in the summer. On June 1, we went on vacation for 11 days, and upon arrival my son fell ill. Latent pneumonia. We are still being treated. The administration does not want to make any compromises. Neither extend the subscription, nor refund the money. You see, according to the certificates, they do not extend. It is necessary for a person to break an arm or leg in order to prolong the freeze. They froze us until July 1, 2024. But the child has not yet recovered enough to dedicate the pool. And we won't be able to physically attend our remaining 6 classes in a week. I'm just shocked by this attitude!!!!

In general, they do not care about visitors. The basketball hall has external air conditioning units, which must be brought outside. And in summer, all the hot air goes out into the basketball hall, which is also not ventilated. In summer, there is not just a sauna, but an oven.
In the pool, chlorine exceeds the norm by a factor of 100. The new swimsuit was corroded after a month of visiting the pool. The silicone of the glasses (good, expensive, high-quality) turned yellow and became rougher after a month.
The skin smells of bleach for a week after the pool (a daily shower does not help).
The management answers only one thing to the comments: "If you don't want to, don't go."

I'm changing my review. Yes, a swimming pool, a gym, and all sorts of activities. All this is good, but.... Imagine you are a customer buying an annual subscription. Moreover, it does not use either freezing or guest rooms. You even go to the pool once a quarter, because you come late and stupidly do not have time after the gym. Walking on another day is also not an option, since you have to get through traffic jams, "against the grain". But it suits you, you're used to it. And then, coming to the next lesson, you are not allowed in. The reason is that the subscription has ended. A reasonable question is why they don't warn you? Even so, you can let in a REGULAR customer. Figuratively speaking, you should "Lick" such annual ones, and not point at the door. Seeing that I didn't even know that the subscription was over and I could just buy a new one the next time I came, I was just informed of the price of a new one and a one-time one was placed for 7000(!!!) tg. It is clear that with such an attitude, I will not return there. I'll find something decent.
