She said that I would be called, but in the end, the doctor comes out and asks who is next, and the administrator hardly gets involved in the process, and she asks again who came in and who hasn't yet. Patients are waiting in the corridor, to which either a bathroom is attached, or the staff rest room is just an extension made of plastic, and periodically loud blowing of the nose is heard from there. The administrator's phone rings periodically, but she is busy with other things and does not respond to it. It's very stuffy. The situation is normal for a state clinic, but not for a private institution. Among the advantages - cozy, pleasant renovation, quiet, calm music.
I took a picture, the attitude of the staff is no... The radiologist does not say anything until you ask what to do, he answers the questions with displeasure.
I have no desire to return here, if it is necessary to take a picture again, I will go to another clinic.
P.S. Having received the organization's response to my review, I can add that I did not ask for comments on the picture, I have a doctor for this. I mean, when entering the office, the patient should guess for himself what further actions he should take and had to ask "should I go to the X-ray or what should I do?" Then I have to guess that she needs to give the direction that I gave to the receptionist, who pinned a check on him and I put it all safely in my purse. To my question, I have already given the direction to the administrator, a rather rude answer followed - "And what do you do, I'll find out how."
Unfortunately, the atmosphere is not as friendly as possible, this is the case when you don't seem to have done anything wrong, but you are being made out to be an idiot.

After treatment with this tooth, I suffered for 3 months, it turned out that the nerve was not completely removed (this was the first time I had this and after that I had to visit several doctors to determine the source of pain in a dead tooth). The doctor was a woman, but I don't remember her last name. No one gave a transcript of the treatment, just a receipt at the terminal. I don't recommend it, now I'm afraid to treat my teeth :(
I signed up for a 3D scan, they said that there would be a doctor's appointment on Saturday, so it was 10 rubles more expensive. I agreed, because it didn't work out the other day. The doctor at the reception took a picture and just gave it away. If they had shown me what was in the picture, said that everything was fine or something was wrong, I would have agreed that I was at a doctor's appointment. It's not even about money, but about the approach to providing a service and organizing a business in general!!! I would not leave a negative review, but six months ago, my wife, who has hearing problems, took a picture here, which she warned the specialist about, asking her to speak louder. After the appointment, she left in tears, as the specialist did not pay attention to her request and was, to put it mildly, incorrect in communicating with her. The service cost almost 50 rubles. If all this had happened in a free city polyclinic, we could have agreed, but in a private medical center we pay money and we would like to be treated accordingly!!!

The equipment is old, doctors allow themselves to be late for an appointment, treatment is delayed, respectively, and the payment is increasing (and here it is initially rather big). Politeness and friendliness do not compensate for poor quality, and that's not why we go to dentists. I do not recommend it.

I have been treating my own for a long time with a good doctor in another city, but force majeure happened: a piece of the 6th tooth broke off at lunch, I had to take time off from work and run to the nearest clinic. I waited for the doctor for 15 minutes, it's a pity that I didn't remember the woman's last name. No questions were asked about allergies, so I listed the contraindicated drugs myself. I was sent for an X-ray, where the radiologist treated me rudely, stuck out her head like an executioner and grumbled that I had put the bag in the wrong place. When the pictures in all projections were ready, the doctor called me to the computer to tell me in complex language that everything was bad with the tooth (in short, paradantosis) and it could be removed. I replied that the tooth should be saved, let's seal it (it was already dead) and treat it. God, I have never seen such treatment in my life: the door to the corridor from the office was wide open, a trainee girl worked instead of an experienced nurse, and conversations were held over me about how much more prosthetists/implantologists earn, etc. There is nothing worse than hearing over yourself: "Oh, I can't get a grip, help me." And the doctor quits his job and helps the nurse pull on the "awning" - they inserted pins and sealed 3 channels. I was sweating and counting the minutes - I had to spend an hour and a half with my mouth open, when you have a canvas there, you can't really swallow, everything is fixed. At the same time, the doctor treated me poorly, a crack formed at the junction of the lips, they drilled / picked constantly, not giving me a good breath. And that's all - slowly and with an active conversation! When I panicked and asked for a pen and paper and wrote whether the seal would be cement, they snorted at me and were outraged that it wasn't the 90s, it was stupid to ask like that. After all the circles of hell, they wrote me a check for half a good Minsk salary, taking into account the discount on cream. And they told me to come for a picture in a month, because the tooth is unlikely to last long. I ran in horror, and of course, then I came to my doctor, who took off this "job" and said that they put very little calcium, it evaporated in 2 weeks, not 4. Later I treated her tooth already, now everything is fine.
To D&h employees: take criticism seriously and think about the quality of your services, which remain at the level of the 90s, spitting out the prices of the most advanced clinics.

About the cent - it's very crowded, stuffy, people wait a long time, but everyone is waiting - for an hour of my waiting for an appointment that did not take place, I just had to wait, the doctor does not have time. You're waiting in the hallway, and patients and staff are constantly walking by (well, on your feet if you're not lucky).
Measures to combat covid have not been heard. I have not seen antiseptics at all, wearing masks is not necessary for either staff or patients, keeping a distance - forget it.
