I would like to express my gratitude to the clinic staff, the receptionist, and especially to doctor Nadezhda Ivanovna!
This clinic was recommended to me by colleagues at work. It was very important for me to find a good clinic and a specialist.
I called, and the receptionist made an appointment for surgery the next day.
On February 19, I brought my cat for castration, I was very worried about how everything would go.
Nadezhda Ivanovna is a very sensitive, kind doctor, she calmed me down and very affectionately communicated with my cat as with a small child, talked to him.
The operation was quick, the doctor gave recommendations, answered all questions.
By the evening, my miracle was already running, playing and feeling good.
Wonderful service, attitude to animals and sensitive specialists.

This week I had a terrible experience at the veterinary clinic "D-Vet" in Rechitsa. On December 16, my cat started vomiting, it was too late to go to Gomel, and I decided to go to a doctor's appointment in the morning. Rogozhnikova's doctor conducted an examination, did an ultrasound and took tests (the way the tests were taken is a separate story, I thought the cat's heart would just stop), but everything turned out to be "normal". She gave us an antiemetic injection, prescribed a diet and medications, and sent us home. The cat's condition deteriorated sharply upon arrival home.: she stopped moving, became lifeless, hardly opened her eyes, did not go to the toilet, sat in one place for 7 hours, did not eat and drank a lot.
I called the clinic again, but Rogozhnikova's doctor assured me that it was just stress. In the evening, when all the water I had drunk during the day was torn out (taking into account that the antiemetic injection was worth it), I called to tell about it, they promised me that the doctor would call back, so 20 minutes passed, I had to call and tell them to reset the tests and ultrasound and we would go to a normal clinic, asked to come to them, but if we want, we can go to another one. We went to see them again, after which we heard again that everything was fine with the cat, they injected us with antihistamines (just in case) and suggested that if the cat didn't start eating before tomorrow, come for an IV.
We barely survived the night, that cat, that I.
In the morning, we urgently went to Gomel, where an experienced doctor immediately identified a foreign object in the abdomen. The operation was successful, and the cat is now recovering.
When I returned to D-Vet for a refund, the doctor didn't even apologize. I was refunded only part of the amount, despite the fact that my cat could have died due to their negligence.
I never set foot in this clinic again, after talking with my friends, I heard a lot of stories about how the clinic works, neglect and negligence, in frequent fatal cases, if I had known about it earlier, I would never have taken my kitty there in my life. Take care of your pets and choose only trusted clinics!

The dog needed to be put on an IV with a medicine that could not be found anywhere in the Gomel region, they called the clinic and asked if they had this drug. They said, of course, everything is there, and they also went to the doctor to find out if it was there for sure. A couple of days later, a couple of hours before arrival, they asked again about the drug and the answer was positive: of course, bring the dog, everything is available.The dog was taken from Kalinkovichi and the way is not small, but upon arrival, the doctor said that there was no medicine. Disgusting attitude towards the client. Fortunately, they helped us at another clinic. Not a foot in here anymore
