Very nice hostel in old Almaty.Of the advantages, there is a separate room with a shower and toilet, and of the disadvantages, huge ones.On this trip, the administrator was absent from the hostel for all 3 days, along with cleaning and control of the entire stay.We were left without the possibility of renewal + there was simply no one to hand over the key to. I would like to add that after making a review, I received a call from the hostel and demands explanations in a commanding tone. Boors and ill-mannered people. And they immediately blocked access to the hostel on the website. So draw conclusions

One of the best hostels I've ever been to. In addition to the bedroom, there is a spacious hall with a sofa where you can sit, and a lot of space in the yard and on the porch, so you don't feel cramped. There were a lot of foreigners in the hostel, a great opportunity to upgrade their skills in foreign languages and discuss the situation in the world :) there is no prohibition in the kitchen, which also promotes communication (within reason, of course). The administrators Olya and Sarbina are very pleasant and friendly. I didn't regret coming here at all.

Clear. At the entrance to the room, they immediately demand to put on sneakers. There are separate showers and toilets on the floors. Wi-Fi. Kitchen with refrigerators. According to the classics, it is better to sign everything your own. They give out clean bed linen and a towel. Everything is quite fresh.. There was a problem with the main intercom to enter the territory. Either I'm a crooked hand, or the button is stuck. After only 1 day there was a problem. To call back periodically... The mattress was already tired enough. The springs were already digging into the ribs on one side. As understood by the two main administrators. Sometimes it seems that they are playing a Good/Evil policeman and you are being interrogated. 1 the administrator yells constantly 2 is always ready to help. I got engaged via Booking
